Consumer hired Amerisafe, not told they subcontract work. Three college-age workers showed up in an Enterprise rental truck. When asked where belongings would go, movers gave address of a self-storage facility. Amerisafe representative "Ryan" claimed items were at a "nice facility" nearby. Movers did not take all items as promised, had another customer's pickup to complete. Movers charged extra money for not taking everything. Consumer signed delivery date preference form with top three dates. Carrier missed all three dates. Excuses included rental truck not running. Multiple promised delivery dates broken. Belongings never delivered.
