Report Your Broker

The freight industry has BrokerCreditCheck, Highway, and factoring company credit reports. HHG carriers have nothing. We are building the first broker accountability database for household goods.

If you haul for an HHG broker, report your experience below. Were you paid? What commission did the broker take? Did the broker's estimate match reality? Every report helps carriers make better decisions about who to work with.

Reports are used to build a broker accountability database for HHG carriers. Your identity is never published unless you give explicit permission. Broker names and aggregated data may be published. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Why this matters

50% of freight owner-operators have been stiffed an entire payment by a broker. 93% say the $75K bond minimum is insufficient. These numbers come from Overdrive's 2026 survey of 500 owner-operators. For HHG carriers, no one has ever asked.

When a broker quotes 40% below your tariff and the consumer files an NCCDB complaint, that complaint goes on your record, not the broker's. The data that would let carriers evaluate brokers before accepting a dispatch does not exist. We want to build it.
