New Start Relocation: A New Website for the Same Boynton Beach Fraud Network
A website called New Start Relocation appeared with a new phone number, stock photos, and no DOT number displayed. Consumer advocates identified it as a front for the Amerisafe network, which has 293 federal complaints, an FL AG subpoena, and a corporate chain traced to the DiSorbo dynasty. This is a developing story.
This article documents an alleged chameleon rebranding in progress. It will be updated as new information becomes available.
A consumer advocate monitoring Boynton Beach-based moving companies identified a website operating as 'New Start Relocation' with the tagline 'Move with Ease, Trust with Confidence.' The advocate stated: 'This is the new disguise that Amerisafe Van Lines is working under now. Same bunch of scammers out of Boynton Beach.'
The Website
The New Start Relocation website displays:
Phone: 1-833-233-5733 Stock photos of a smiling couple (no real employees, trucks, or offices photographed) An 'Instant Moving Quote' form (3-step: Location, Info, Estimate) Claims to be 'properly licensed professional residential moving brokers' No physical address visible No DOT or MC number displayed on the site
Every element matches the red flags documented in Trunk's consumer guide on reading moving company websites: stock photos, no address, no DOT number, instant quote form, and generic trust language.
The Name Has Been Used Before
New Start Relocation is already a registered DBA of Eagle Moving Group Inc (DOT 3545015, MC 1185070), a household goods broker at 2500 Quantum Lakes Dr Suite 203, Boynton Beach FL. Eagle has 179 NCCDB complaints.
Eagle's FMCSA-filed phone number is (954) 256-3261. The website shows 1-833-233-5733, a different number. This may indicate that the 'New Start Relocation' brand is being used by a different entity than Eagle, or that the operation has shifted to a new toll-free number while maintaining the same brand.
The address is significant: 2500 Quantum Lakes Dr, Boynton Beach is the same office complex where Amerisafe (AMS Moving Inc, DOT 3341650) operates from Suite 105. Eagle is in Suite 203. The two companies share the same building.
The Amerisafe Connection
Amerisafe Moving Services (legally AMS Moving Inc, DOT 3341650) has 293 NCCDB complaints, making it the #2 most-complained moving company in the FMCSA database. Its corporate history:
Nationwide Moving Services Inc was renamed to AMS Moving Inc by Frank Lucido in August 2024. Lucido is President. Frank DeSantis is the owner. DeSantis was subpoenaed by the Florida Attorney General on October 2, 2025 and did not comply. The FL AG filed a court petition to compel compliance (Case CACE-26-000369, January 9, 2026).
Lucido also connects to the DiSorbo dynasty through NW Management Services LLC, a Delaware holding company that bridges the Amerisafe and Colonial Van Lines networks.
If the New Start Relocation website is now routing consumers to the Amerisafe network rather than to Eagle, the brand is being recycled across entities within the same address complex to distribute complaints and avoid enforcement.
What Consumers Should Do
If you are considering hiring New Start Relocation:
1. Ask for the USDOT number. If they cannot or will not provide one, do not book.
2. If they provide DOT 3545015, that is Eagle Moving Group, which has 179 federal complaints. Check the profile at trunk.lorea.ai.
3. If they provide a different DOT number, look it up at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov and check whether it connects to Amerisafe (DOT 3341650) or any entity at 2500 Quantum Lakes Dr, Boynton Beach.
4. Call the number on the website (1-833-233-5733) and ask: 'What is your USDOT number? What is your physical address? Are you a broker or a carrier?' Document the answers.
5. Search 'New Start Relocation complaints' and 'Amerisafe complaints' before booking.
