Consumer contacted Moving Solutions / Top Moving Solutions, was told there would be no subcontracting. Truck would be 2,600 cubic feet. Carrier Real Movers LLC arrived 12 hours late. Carrier also sub-contracted laborers who were 4 hours late. Supposed to pack 30 boxes at $30 each, but only packed 5 boxes, then charged per box at higher rate. Carrier loaded items, then announced price hike, refused to unload. Consumer contractually obligated for $3,300 but ended up paying $6,100. Items delivered but severely damaged. Carrier used movingclaims.net for claims.
