A Moving Fraud Operator Who Threatened Victims Is Recruiting Drivers Again. Now We Know the Company Names.

Jennifer Tattoli, connected to a New Jersey fraud network that generated a $30,000 scam and a Florida AG enforcement action, is now linked to Frontier Moving Solutions and Top Moving Solutions in Fort Lauderdale. The pattern continues.

This article documents an active investigation. It will be updated as new information becomes available.

In May 2026, Jennifer Tattoli (also known as Jennifer Dehaas) began posting driver recruitment ads in moving industry Facebook groups. The posts seek 'over the road foremen and drivers' for an unnamed NJ-based moving company. The posts do not identify the company. Trunk is tracking this development because Tattoli is a key figure in a documented fraud network.

Who Is Jennifer Tattoli

Tattoli is connected to a household goods fraud network that operated out of Hawthorne, New Jersey under multiple company names, including Movers and Packers Relocation Specialists (DOT 3539058). The network was operated by Tattoli and Shadi Qarmout.

In a documented case, a consumer was quoted approximately $10,000. The estimate nearly doubled to $19,000 after a video walkthrough. On moving day, a different company arrived. The consumer was eventually charged $30,000 for a 438-mile move. Tattoli texted the consumer calling her 'sneaky' for attempting to make a legal inquiry about the charges.

The network operated under at least 14 known aliases. The same foreman appeared across moves booked under different company names.

Tattoli sent threatening messages to at least two victims nearly a year after their moves, according to a consumer advocate who compiled evidence on the network.

Multiple sources describe Tattoli's role in the operation as the person who 'breaks people down,' pressuring consumers into accepting inflated charges and discouraging them from pursuing complaints or legal action. Audio recordings of calls with Tattoli during active disputes exist.

According to a source familiar with the matter, Tattoli offered to cooperate with the FBI against Qarmout, but was turned down because federal investigators are interested in both of them. If accurate, this suggests an active federal investigation into the network beyond state-level enforcement.

The Recruitment Posts

On May 27, 2026, Tattoli posted identical messages in at least two Facebook groups: 'MOVING BROKERS AND...' and 'Moving 101.'

The posts read: 'Nj based moving company looking for over the road formen and drivers. Must be able to be on the road for 1-2 weeks at a time. Must have real ID to fly. Great pay.'

The posts do not name the company. The requirement to 'fly' suggests long-distance interstate moves where drivers are flown to pickup locations. The 1-2 week road requirement is consistent with cross-country household goods moves.

At least one respondent left a phone number (Philadelphia area code) in the comments.

The Address and Warehouse Connection

The Qarmout/Tattoli network previously operated from 85 Wagaraw Road, Hawthorne, NJ 07506. New Jersey corporate records show 32 companies registered at this address.

According to a consumer advocate tracking the network, both 85 Wagaraw Road and a facility known as 'Warehouse 18' were taken over by an individual named Jack Scaba. Scaba is the registered agent for multiple companies at the same address, including cannabis and hemp businesses (Highline, Simply Hemped, We Grow Biotech) as well as corporate entities (MSCABA 18 LLC, MMT Scaba LLC, Hasdei Hashem LLC). Family members Eliav Scaba and Alinne Scaba also have entities registered there.

Whether Tattoli is now working for a Scaba-controlled moving operation, or for a separate entity, has not been confirmed.

Why This Matters

When a key operator from a documented fraud network begins recruiting for a new, unnamed operation, the pattern is familiar. The Qarmout network cycled through company names to distribute complaints. Each new name started with zero complaints and zero public history. By the time consumers discovered the pattern, the operation had moved to the next name.

FMCSA's registration system does not flag that a new applicant's employees or operators previously worked for a company with hundreds of complaints, a Florida AG enforcement action, or a history of threatening victims.

Trunk is monitoring this situation. If the company name is identified, we will cross-reference it against our entity link database for shared addresses, shared phone numbers, shared officers, and connections to prior Qarmout network entities.

Update: Company Names Identified (August 30, 2026)

Community intelligence has identified the companies. Jennifer Tattoli is linked to Frontier Moving Solutions LLC (DOT 4354217), registered at 5430 NW 33rd Ave Suite 101, Fort Lauderdale, FL, with phone number (888) 508-7129. Frontier has no active FMCSA authority.

The same Fort Lauderdale address is shared by USA Moving Group LLC (DOT 4515840), phone (888) 651-5444.

Online consumer watchdogs and BBB complaints also link Tattoli to Top Moving Solutions (topmovingsolutions.com), described as a rebranded iteration of Frontier Moving Services continuing the same patterns of consumer fraud. The phone number 239-778-1023 has been linked to her name and to dispatches involving multiple carriers.

This expands the known Tattoli/Dehaas entity chain: Movers and Packers Relocation Specialists (DOT 3539058, Hawthorne NJ) to Lucrative Van Lines LLC (DOT 3999967, Clifton NJ) to Easy Moving LLC (DOT 4096541, Charlotte NC) to Frontier Moving Solutions LLC (DOT 4354217, Fort Lauderdale FL), with Top Moving Solutions and USA Moving Group LLC at the same Fort Lauderdale address.

The pattern documented in the original article, cycling through company names to reset complaint histories, continues. Each entity starts with a clean FMCSA record. The people behind it do not change.

Update: The Neylan Connection (September 2026)

Community research and public records have identified Tattoli's operational partner: John Neylan, who posts in Facebook moving fraud groups under the handle 'NJ Flacane.'

A federal lawsuit (Ward v. Movers and Packers Relocation Specialists LLC et al, filed under the Carmack Amendment) links Neylan's operational network directly to Movers and Packers and identifies Jennifer Tattoli (Dehaas) as a co-defendant. The lawsuit also connects the company to the trade name Prime Moving and Storage.

Public records, consumer complaints, and regulatory filings describe a division of responsibilities: Tattoli serves as the registered owner, corporate officer, and financial head of the business entities. Neylan operates as the frontline business manager, dispatcher, and primary operational contact handling customers, logistics, and moving crews.

The broader network has included additional trade names: PackRite Movers, A-1 Moving and Storage, and Spire Moving and Storage, all reportedly sharing physical infrastructure and dispatch hubs in Hawthorne, New Jersey.

Neylan separately operates John and Sons Moving (DOT 2049684, Williamstown NJ), registered under the name Cleaster Bethea, with a NOT AUTHORIZED status for interstate operations. He is an aggressive presence in Facebook moving groups, defending moving company practices and confronting victims.

This connection means the Tattoli network is broader than the DOT chain documented above. It includes Neylan's own unauthorized carrier operation and extends to Howards Van Lines, where Neylan is reportedly associated.

What We Are Still Looking For

The connection between Tattoli/Neylan and the Scaba warehouse operation at 85 Wagaraw Road remains unconfirmed. Whether the Fort Lauderdale entities (Frontier Moving Solutions, Top Moving Solutions, USA Moving Group) use NJ-based warehousing or crews is unknown. The trade names PackRite Movers, A-1 Moving and Storage, and Spire Moving and Storage need DOT number verification. If you have direct knowledge of any of these entities, contact Trunk at tom@lorea.ai.
