As a company, Two Men and a Truck were professional, and reliable. I would highly recommend them. Our moving team John and Anthony were absolutely fantastic. They moved my elderly Mother from one senior facility to another and they treated everyone around them so nicely. They had to deal with a very inconvenient elevator situation and they handled it with pure professionalism.

When the movers arrived, they smelled of marijuana and the lead driver immediately told me I 'better tip them well because the company doesn't pay them shit.' That should have been my first warning. Before the movers left, while I was standing in my driveway, I overheard the lead driver making aggressive and threatening comments about payment, 'hire better pay, this shit ain't free.' I was home alone with my young children and frankly felt unsafe. Because the move was not completed, I refused to sign the completion form. I was told someone would return to finish the job. No one ever did. This company charged my credit card for a four hour move, a service they did not complete.

Terrible! The movers got high smoking marijuana while on the job. Here is a sampling of the mess and some of the damages. You might be a drug free workplace, but in my 15 years as a police officer and drug agent, it was apparent what was happening, and you have the gall to sue me after your drugged up movers caused $1,000 in damages.

Worst move of our life. They quit literally threw everything in the truck, they didn't wrap or tie anything down. They damaged my antique which is irreplaceable, huge scrape on our table. They broke the top of the dresser. I have so far 7 pieces of furniture that are damaged. They took an hour long break even though they were on hourly.

My 80yr old mother with dementia accidentally called the wrong moving company. She was charged $300 to schedule with them up front, not one document, contract, or legal agreement was signed. After explaining the confusion, I was told they could refund half of the deposit, then told actually they cannot refund any of it. ELDERS BEWARE!!
