They picked my up items June 28th and it's not August 3rd and I've had no update. I've had my number blocked from the delivery driver and the guy who quoted and booked my delivery. I've called over 30 times with the same repeat message of "we'll contact you when we have an update". I was told I would receive a call this past weekend and "to call if they haven't called me" so I did. I received the same repeat message and am still waiting for some sort of update. They have ALL my belongings. Me and my boyfriends computer, monitors, clothes, cat tree, cat+dog food, toys, and so much more.

Goods picked up on July 10th, 2026 and never delivered. Payment was sent via Zelle to an individual named Ahmad Alomari. Belongings have not been returned.

Items picked up July 24, 2026 in Circleville, Ohio for transport to Wesley Chapel, Florida. Movers at pickup said they were driving items straight to Florida, due July 31. As of August 16, items still not delivered. Choice Van Lines repeatedly says they are working with dispatch and logistics to schedule delivery. Company also stated different movers would deliver, not the ones who loaded. Movers at pickup attempted to charge more than the inventoried contract price. Items hold sentimental value as they belonged to deceased grandparents and a gift from stepfather.

Signed contract. When arrived (u-haul) they demanded more money. Loaded the truck and now Im being ghosted. Company is a complete scam. My life is on that truck. Dont know what to do.

We worked with Alicia at Choice Van Lines. When the movers arrived today they demanded an additional $1,000. There was a signed contract and everything to be moved was listed. If the disabled senior did not pay the $1,000 the movers were going to leave and she would forfeit her $900 deposit. This is absolutely ridiculous! Its fraud.

I reserved this company to move us, and then within an hour canceled the move due to the horrific stories I read. They sent me their website with bogus reviews initially, but after a little more research I canceled and stopped payment. They have since been aggressive and threatening in their emails.

Choice gave us a binding estimate that included 81 items. When they came on Aug 14 they stated we had too much stuff and we had to pay 5000 more to take the rest. We refused and they took the amount of items that fit the space we were allotted on the truck. From Aug 17 until today Oct 2 we have not received our items. Their 30 day window has surpassed as of Sept 29. They will not tell me where my items are or when they will be delivered other than they are in transit.
