They picked my up items June 28th and it's not August 3rd and I've had no update. I've had my number blocked from the delivery driver and the guy who quoted and booked my delivery. I've called over 30 times with the same repeat message of "we'll contact you when we have an update". I was told I would receive a call this past weekend and "to call if they haven't called me" so I did. I received the same repeat message and am still waiting for some sort of update. They have ALL my belongings. Me and my boyfriends computer, monitors, clothes, cat tree, cat+dog food, toys, and so much more.

Goods picked up on July 10th, 2026 and never delivered. Payment was sent via Zelle to an individual named Ahmad Alomari. Belongings have not been returned.

Items picked up July 24, 2026 in Circleville, Ohio for transport to Wesley Chapel, Florida. Movers at pickup said they were driving items straight to Florida, due July 31. As of August 16, items still not delivered. Choice Van Lines repeatedly says they are working with dispatch and logistics to schedule delivery. Company also stated different movers would deliver, not the ones who loaded. Movers at pickup attempted to charge more than the inventoried contract price. Items hold sentimental value as they belonged to deceased grandparents and a gift from stepfather.

Signed contract. When arrived (u-haul) they demanded more money. Loaded the truck and now Im being ghosted. Company is a complete scam. My life is on that truck. Dont know what to do.

Consumer contracted with Huge Van Lines. Without consumer knowledge, Huge subcontracted pickup to Howard Van Lines (Howards Vanlines Inc, Garfield NJ). Driver Jordan and two helpers arrived in an almost-full semi marked Howards instead of contracted 28-foot box truck. Howard Van Lines attempted to charge an extra 5,000 dollars. Consumer refused, so carrier only took partial load. Delivery date given by driver but no-show. Management at Huge Van Lines refuses calls. Owner of Howard Van Lines, Joe Hannoush (108 Washington Ave A, Hawthorne NJ), denies owning the company but contacted driver after consumer called him. Company also operates under Choice Van Line name.
