TOTAL SCAMTOTAL SCAM! I would NOT recommend using American Van Lines for anything. They took over 24 days to deliver my furniture. My furniture sat in my old city for 19 days before they began to truck it. When they delivered my furniture they demanded more money. The driver said “well either pay me more money or I will not take it off the truck!” So I was forced to pay $450 more! Then they damaged my door knobs and broke them off my doors moving in.
