My travertine marble table top was shattered and the crew refused to remove debris from the broken table. Every piece of our bedroom furniture was dented, dinged or scratched. My grandmother's china, our crystal, and Thanksgiving platter was shattered despite boxes clearly marked 'Fragile.' Despite $15,000 insurance, we ultimately received a proposed settlement of $499 months later. After extensive correspondence with the claims department and general manager, we received an additional $300. We were never credited for the 2.5 hours we were overcharged for, including 1 hour for the crew's lunch and 1 hour for their failed attempt to reassemble our bed. | Kimberly Wolfe | |

After I signed and gave a deposit, 'Clarke' dropped off the face of the earth, never to be heard from again. I did not receive any communication at all for weeks. When the movers showed up, they were completely uninformed. All the instructions I had given were never conveyed to the crew. My beautiful handmade table was dismantled and all hardware was unaccounted for — the table was not supposed to be disassembled! Now I can't put it back together.
