A second entity, VJS Ventures Inc (SunBiz P25000035614), was filed on June 13, 2025 at 3901 NW 23rd Ct, Boca Raton, FL. Officer: Victor Stanziale. This appears to be a new shell company established while Value Added's broker authority was going inactive.

In August 2026, a consumer posted in the 'USA Moving Scam Exposed' Facebook group naming specific Value Added staff: 'Jakob, Samantha, Jennifer, and Susie are trained professionals, just not in an honest way.' A source with direct knowledge of the NJ moving fraud landscape identifies 'Jakob' as Jacob Aqrabawi (Facebook: Yacoob Aqrabawi), who previously served as the 'closer' for Shadi Qarmout's Movers and Packers Relocation Specialists network.
