My friend used Piece of Cake. She had good reviews and I'm considering it to move to Philly. It was last summer so whatever her pricing was doesn't take into account the mess we have now.
It's a national company but Piece of Cake has always been great for me. They will literally do any degree of moving you require. If you need help boxing or have all your stuff ready to go or have a ton of furniture. I would never move without them again as they made the process SO much easier.

I heard Piece of Cake can be scammy. They'll haggle you for 20% tip per mover, etc.
Don't fuck with Piece of Cake. They are a total scam. I hate them so much.
We tipped a huge amount and got scammed. The scam happens pre tip.
Don't do it. They are horrific. They squeezed us for money and damaged a bunch of our stuff. I hate them so much.

“I've used Piece of Cake at least 10 times and moved my kids across states. I've never had any issues and they do an excellent job. Most people who complain think it's ok to tip $20 when you live you up 5 flights of stairs. Tip appropriately and you will get great service. I tip $150-$200 each move.”
