Discrimination on the grounds of a person's age. Driver go-between threatened he wouldn't deliver unless extra was paid. Forced to leave belongings behind, told belongings from the single truck fill 2 trucks so he could charge more.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. A complete scam.

Met with a Loyal representative at our house who inventoried what we had to be moved. Told everything would be fully refundable at any time. Repeated efforts to contact the business were unanswered. We emailed, the business said they were very disappointed with us. We totally feel we were scammed and are now going with a national company.

This company will steal your deposit and not answer any phone calls. They are very unprofessional.

Contracted with Loyal Moving through Next Step Relocation. Price tripled. They stopped answering the phone. I don't think I will ever receive a refund or my things back.

Absolutely a scam. All 'drivers' and 'movers' use WhatsApp to represent a state UT when they are supposedly located. Price was changed at pickup. Inventory walk-through didn't match. Justin stopped responding. I believe positive reviews are all AI generated. Please do not use this company.

TERRIBLE!! Delayed arrival and damage. Connected by a brokerage agency. Day late, no communication. Driver took exit to Dallas instead of Albuquerque. Charged $400+ additional fees. Damaged most expensive furniture. Claims department unresponsive.

I'm 75 and I worked very hard to have everything ready. Thursday the driver called and changed plans. The person driving down changed his plans to leave at 4:00. No one responds to texts. The person was driving left to go to Arizona with my suitcases. I have nowhere to stay, no clothes or medicine. I will never book with them again.

Expected Menards Moving and Storage but two random people showed up in a U-Haul, didn't know what company they worked for. Menards had underestimated cubic feet, so multiple items had to be left behind including my mom's ashes. No inventory was provided. Loyal Moving lost their license June 25, 2026 and cannot legally hold or deliver my things. It has been 42 days since pickup with no delivery.

ABAlthea BensonUS•1 reviewFeb 16, 2026Company never discussed with me there…Company never discussed with me there was a non-refundable deposits until after the fact I had already paid the deposit, so when I called to cancel my appointment, which is over 30-days from now that is when I found out about this. If this was discussed with me during the call and before signing and paying deposit, I would have never chose this company. I see if I canceled the day before or the day of having a non-refund
