Hostage load. The FMCSA revoked the company's license June 25,2026. Calls to them go straight to voicemail. I don't know if I'll ever get my things. This has been/is mentally shattering.

Hostage load continues. Calls to Loyal Moving go straight to voicemail. Consumer does not know if she will ever get her belongings. Describes the experience as "mentally shattering."
Menards owner Mr. Menard Jr. promised to get belongings back if consumer removed negative Facebook posts. Consumer complied and removed posts. Belongings still not returned. Menards office staff rude and condescending.
