I want to send accolades to Krysta Banas and her team for the mega awesome job they did moving us from our rural Kingsville home of 50 years to our Bright View Perry Hill senior residence apartment. Advance Relocation Systems arrived on the dot and protected our hardwood floors, then proceeded to carefully pack everything: dishes, crockery, antiques, mirrors, every piece of furniture. When we walked in our apartment was beautiful and live in ready.

BE WARNED, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I requested a moving quote for a 5-mile distance for a 1-bedroom apartment. Sandy quoted me a staggering $19,723.45 for the move, which included transferring items from my house to a storage unit 0.8 miles away and then to the new location. I found a competitor offering the same service for a third of the price. DON'T USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO WASTE.

Sandy yells out ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This is impossible for me to calculate. My wife and newborn child were in the room too and my wife is still in disbelief at what she heard. Most unprofessional service I have experienced to date. Not only will our Embassy not be using Advance Relocation Systems now or in the future but we will make sure to share this experience with the entire diplomatic community in DC.

The truck broke down and was off the charts for several days. When it arrived many items were damaged. The men took no care to prevent damages to our new home — no floor protection. We are now being told ARS is part of Atlas and in order to settle the damaged furniture claim we need to drop the property damage claim! Mom is 92 and military widow. Should we really be forced to drag this into court.
