Atlas agent in Baltimore. Website advancerelo.com. Won a quality award from the van line in 2005, 2006 and 2007 (Milton Hill Award). Among other things, this means that it had a 'customer satisfaction' score of at least 4.10 out of 5. As of 3/7/11 had 0 BBB complaints and an 'A+' rating in the past 36 months. Industry people have said that it and Ace (see above) are roughly equal in quality and both are below Paxton and (especially) Alexander's, which is widely considered the 'gold standard' Atlas mover by many industry people. No reviews.

Advance Relocation Systems arrived on the dot and protected our hardwood floors, then proceeded to carefully pack everything: dishes, crockery, antiques, mirrors, every piece of furniture. | 1/5 | BE WARNED, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I requested a moving quote for a 5-mile distance for a 1-bedroom apartment. Sandy quoted me a staggering $19,723.45 for the move, which included transferring items from my house to a storage unit 0.8 miles away and then to the new location. I found a competitor offering the same service for a third of the price. DON'T USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO WASTE. | Clare Ongers | |

Most unprofessional service I have experienced to date. We are now being told ARS is part of Atlas and in order to settle the damaged furniture claim we need to drop the property damage claim! Mom is 92 and military widow.
