Five Companies, One Move, One Network: Mapping the Entities Behind Danielle's $6,719 Nightmare

On August 15, 2026, Danielle hired United Express Moving and Storage for an interstate move from West Palm Beach to North Carolina. She was quoted $3,500. She paid $6,719. Five different company names appeared during a single move: United Express, Safeway, American Pro Moving, Interstate Moving, and All State Moving.

Trunk published her account in Five Companies, One Move. After publication, we asked Danielle for one detail: the phone number Safeway called her from. Her answer unlocked a network.

Safeway's phone (800-484-1116) and email (safewaymovingllc@gmail.com) do not match any FMCSA-registered entity. But when Safeway representative Stacey transferred Danielle to a supervisor, Alyssa Gonzalez identified herself as supervisor for both United Express and Safeway. That shared management connection led to a shared address, which led to a person who manages four DOT numbers, which led to a mapped network.

United Express Moving and Storage (DOT 4016566) is registered at 901 Northpoint Parkway, Suite 405B, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. The registered owner is Joann S. Carpenter. The company's email is info@unitedwemove.com.

United Express has accumulated significant NCCDB complaints across every category. Estimates/Final Charges leads with 58 complaints (2023-2026). Deceptive Business Practices: 47. Shipment Documents: 28. Pickup and Delivery: 22. Hostage Goods: 16. Loss and Damage: 17. Claim Settlement: 21.

Sales representative Paul told Danielle the company would handle her move directly, that workers were vetted and drug tested, and that belongings would be stored in a warehouse near her destination. None of this was true.

Days after booking with United Express, someone named Stacey from 'Safeway' called Danielle to confirm her move details. When Danielle was transferred to a supervisor, Alyssa Gonzalez identified herself as supervisor for both United Express and Safeway.

Safeway Moving LLC, as Danielle experienced it, operates with phone number 800-484-1116 and email safewaymovingllc@gmail.com. Neither the phone number nor the email appears in FMCSA's Motus database for any registered entity. There is a Safeway Moving LLC registered with FMCSA (DOT 1677218, Foothill Ranch, CA, owned by Michael Marquez), but it has a different phone (949-639-0330) and different email (safewaymoving@gmail.com). This is not Boris Svirsky's Safeway Moving Systems Inc (DOT 3756000, Hobart, IN) either.

The Safeway that called Danielle appears to be an unregistered trade name. A dispatch desk with a phone number and email that exist nowhere in federal records. The shared supervisor (Alyssa Gonzalez) confirms it operates as part of the United Express operation.

On moving day, Danielle was told to send $1,700 via CashApp to American Pro Moving. The invoice she received was from Interstate Moving. Two more company names in a single transaction.

American Pro Moving has no DOT number in Trunk's database. It appears to exist only as a CashApp payment recipient, a label attached to a mobile payment account rather than a registered business.

Interstate Moving & Relocation Group Inc (DOT 3034100) is registered at 4400 N Federal Hwy, Suite 302, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Director and owner: Luterson Mondesir. It has 130+ NCCDB complaints across all categories, with Estimates/Final Charges leading at 39 (2023-2026). It is an active, authorized carrier.

Whether the 'Interstate Moving' that invoiced Danielle is the same entity as Interstate Moving & Relocation Group requires further verification. The name is generic enough that multiple entities could use it.

On the second day of the move, a different truck arrived bearing the name All State Moving. All State Moving of America (DOT 3537860) is registered at 1001 NW 62nd Street, Suite 407, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Manager and owner: German Muriel.

All State has zero NCCDB complaints under its own DOT number. But German Muriel is not running one company. He is running four.

German Muriel is the registered manager and owner of four FMCSA-registered companies:

1. All State Moving of America (DOT 3537860): 1001 NW 62nd St, Ste 407, Fort Lauderdale. Zero NCCDB complaints. 2. Nationwide Trucking of America (DOT 3520602): 1001 NW 62nd St, Ste 417, Fort Lauderdale. 27 NCCDB complaints. 3. Budget Moving Relocation LLC (DOT 3985778): 1121 S Military Trail, Deerfield Beach. The 1001 NW 62nd Street address in Fort Lauderdale is a shared hub. Four companies operate from different suites in the same building:

- Suite 400: Shifter Inc (DOT 4568156), owner Danielle Valrie Richards - Suite 407: All State Moving of America (German Muriel) - Suite 414: US Moving Management (DOT 4065944), president Dlan Coakley - Suite 417: Nationwide Trucking of America (German Muriel)

German Muriel controls two of the four suites. The other two tenants may or may not be connected, but the address pattern mirrors documented fraud hubs in Pompano Beach, Tucker GA, and the NJ warehouse corridor.

Alyssa Gonzalez supervises both United Express (West Palm Beach) and the unregistered Safeway dispatch operation. Manny Gonzalez co-manages All United Moving & Storage (Miami Lakes) alongside German Muriel.

Whether Alyssa and Manny Gonzalez are related has not been confirmed. But the surname appears on both sides of the network: at the booking/dispatch layer (Alyssa, supervising United Express and Safeway) and at the carrier/operations layer (Manny, co-managing a Muriel company). If the connection is familial, it would link the United Express booking operation directly to the German Muriel carrier network.

What Danielle experienced as chaos (five company names, CashApp to one entity, invoice from another, different truck on day two) is a structure:

Booking layer: United Express Moving and Storage (West Palm Beach, Joann Carpenter). Collects the deposit. Makes the promises.

Dispatch layer: Safeway Moving LLC (unregistered, phone 800-484-1116). Confirms the move. Shared supervisor Alyssa Gonzalez.

Payment layer: American Pro Moving (CashApp only, no DOT). Receives cash on moving day.

Invoicing layer: Interstate Moving (Boca Raton, possibly DOT 3034100). Issues the paperwork.

Carrier layer: All State Moving of America (Fort Lauderdale, German Muriel). Provides the truck and crew.

Each layer uses a different name. The consumer cannot trace the money from deposit to delivery. The complaint, when filed, goes against United Express (the booking entity), not the carrier that actually handled the goods. The carrier (All State) has zero complaints. The booking entity absorbs them all.

This is not disorganization. It is architecture. Each entity handles one function, shields the others from complaints, and makes it nearly impossible for consumers or regulators to trace the full chain.
