| 5/5 | Moving is always hard, but Marcus and his team made it so much better. We had a ton of stuff in our little two bedroom house that, of course, was way more than we thought. We could not emphasize how incredible it was to be able to go back and do a second round. The guys were nicely outfitted and willing to help in any way to make it a great day. The paper wrapped, padded, stored and delivered our items in perfect working order. All of our stuff was accounted for and perfect and they even set up stuff in our new house. Would absolutely recommend them! | Shannon B | BBB |
| 5/5 | They are amazing movers, very professional, on time and well mannered. They are an excellent team. Our move was seamless thanks to them. I highly recommend VIP movers. | Chris U | BBB |
| 5/5 | Professional movers, truly exceptional and efficient. | David M | BBB |

| 5/5 | My movers and the carriers were exceptional! Punctual, communicative, careful and friendly. Very efficient, completed my move quickly and carefully. No damage and I had several fragile items. I would definitely use VIP Pro Moving again. | Jasmine M | BBB |
| 5/5 | The team was very helpful in setting up our appointment. The crew was experienced, professional, efficient, and attentive. They handled all of our items with great care and respect. We had a lot of peculiar needs in moving our items from our basement to a new storage facility and all my expectations were exceeded. We will definitely will be using them again for our moving needs. | Darrell | BBB |
| 5/5 | Five stars for VIP Pro Moving! They accommodated a last-minute request without hesitation, which really set them apart. AJ and Eric moved an entire office, heavy furniture and all, quickly, carefully, and with a great attitude. Made what could have been a stressful day completely painless. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation. | Diane Padilla | |
| 5/5 | Oscar and team did a fantastic job moving my furniture from Banning to Marina Del Rey! They were on time, felt very communicative and took special care of my antique Spanish table. The table was 8 feet long with a glass top and it arrived perfectly safe. Thanks again VIP Pro Moving! | James Kazanegras | |
| 5/5 | They pulled off a perfect move, fast, cost effective, efficient, friendly and professionally done. It was even raining and it did not slow them down. Aces team was amazing! I will use them again if I need to move. There was not a single issue, they wrapped and packaged everything perfectly, and were so fast. It is literally the best money I have spent in many years. | David L | |
| 5/5 | I have used VIP pro a few times now. Twice for personal and twice for business, they can always fit me in when I need help, even if it is not far in advance. The teams are friendly and professional. Ali and team managed to fit everything neatly in the storage space I thought might be too small. | Sara Rose | |
| 5/5 | Very fast and highly professional. They made sure all of my belongings were packed safely into the truck, and everything arrived quickly at my new place in perfect condition. The move-in process was just as smooth and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience. | Alla Greiling | |
| 5/5 | I have never used professional movers before but I am so happy that my coworker recommended VIP Pro Movers. Tiger and his crew were super friendly and quick to box up any last minute large/fragile items that I had. Despite a small hiccup moving my couch down a windy staircase, they made up the time on the backend by unpacking super quickly and efficiently. I felt like all my items were handled with care. Definitely would book again! | Amber Gore | |
| 4/5 | I hired with VIP for a pack and move from a house to a small apartment. The moving team, Al, Mark, and Peter were great. They were very careful with packing and moving my belongings. Al was a great communicator, and I loved the aspect of him and the admin/sales coordinating over estimates. He and the rest of the team were great to work with. I do think the administrative team could have been better in setting expectations for both me and the crew (because I specifically mentioned, both in setting up and with a follow up call, that the quote seemed significantly lower than expected) to be sure that my quote included the need for my stuff to be packed and I was assured packing was included in the price. Unfortunately, the quoted price and time estimate was not based on the need to pack most of my belongings, so the quote was significantly underestimated. With that being said, the move still cost me less (all in with materials and tip) than I would have paid for Roadway (with an alleged 10% discount) for the same amount of time (takes materials) so while I am annoyed, I am not that mad. And again, the team VIP sent out to do the job handled the miscommunication well, worked very diligently to get my stuff packed and moved, and did not charge me time and a half. All in all, I would recommend VIP, but would note that if the quote seems lower than expected, you should triple check on the communication with the admin team to be sure you are on the same page. | Amber Hendrick | |
| 3/5 | I will start by saying I have moved a lot in the past 18 years. I have used super high end packers and really bad ones, for both local moves and interstate moves. I do not mind paying more for a job well done, as I have had some truly awful experiences. These guys were saying they were high end, white glove experience. They were definitely very nice and thoughtful, and worked very hard. They both packed and moved in the same day, which sounded crazy to me as I have never experienced that before. They estimated it would take 8 hours. It took 13 and they charged us 1.5x for the overtime hours, which nearly doubled our charge from what we were quoted. Another thing I found out was that we were pressured by the poor exhausted crew to leave a review before midnight the same day. It very much felt like something they were told to say. I did not do it that night, and I am glad I did not because I had not had a chance to unpack yet and see how my stuff was packed. It was not awful, but it certainly was not white glove. I would have expected my nice shoes to be individually wrapped and organized, but they were all just thrown together in a box. A $1k hat was smashed. My new white upholstered chair was covered in dirty hand prints. They did not use floor protection at either site, and there were tire marks from the dolly left all over the stairs. Overall the work was okay, they were kind and efficient, but not high end and some of the tactics by the company (I do not blame the workers) seemed a little shady. I wish they had packed and moved on two consecutive days so they could take time to be more careful and not overwork their team. I also think pressuring to leave a review before someone can see how everything went is dodgy. I would not use them again but I have also had far worse experiences than this with other companies so it is not a strong no. Hope this is helpful to someone. | Darya Rose | |
| 2/5 | For those considering this moving company, here are some candid insights to consider: 1. The minimum 3-hour charge has a sneaky part not mentioned in the contract. While it is meant to cover both driving and working time, be warned that it does not account for double driving time. Do not be caught off guard by unexpected fees. 2. Brace yourself for a slow-moving truck that can significantly inflate your estimated driving time. What you think might be a quick trip could turn into a marathon. 3. It is not just a suggestion to accompany the movers, it is practically a necessity, either giving directions or keeping an eye on your belongings. I will tell you why from my experience. Now, onto the real talk. I was not able to stay with the movers along the way, so I asked my spouse to host the movers at the destination. Here is my experience: 1. Despite agreeing on a discounted price with the manager over the phone, I was blindsided when the movers charged my spouse more upon arrival. It is unacceptable to negotiate one rate and then pull a bait-and-switch. 2. To add insult to injury, they damaged one of our belongings, my beloved lamp, during the move without giving us a heads-up on they disassembled it. A little transparency would have gone a long way in avoiding this. | Wang Zhu | |
| 1/5 | Avoid this moving company!! My movers showed up over an hour late for the confirmed 8:00-9:00 AM window, because management sent them to the wrong address first. I had confirmed details multiple times via phone earlier in the week, but no one answered my calls all morning. The two times I did reach someone, she promised me the movers numbers and a 30% discount for the delay. Neither happened. Before starting, I was pressured to sign paperwork locking in the fee despite the delay. I was charged $924.02 for a move I TWICE the quote, even though I had FEWER items and ONE table to assemble that left my boxes in disarray and ended early because I sent them home. The lead mover was openly rude, rolling his eyes and scoffing at me. I was so uncomfortable from his demeanor that I asked a family member to finish the move process. They took repeated long breaks at a food truck on my corner, smoke breaks, sitting in their car, all on my time. Breaks are fine by me, obviously, but switch off, and clock out. Extra $139 of my time wasted. I also lost $300 on a furniture sale due to their lateness and was even asked to pay their parking ticket. Then, a surprise $10/hour credit card fee appeared on my bill without warning. This was unprofessional, costly, and stressful from start to finish. I have photos, witnesses, and call logs and I would not trust this company with a single item. | Isabella Sarnoff | |
| 1/5 | We keep receiving emails/text from VIP asking for more business. It appears they do not remember that they did an AWFUL move job for us last year, costing us over $5k in broken furniture, mirrors, and cabinets. Many of the items were one of a kind. Then before they would unload the truck, they made us pay them which we did in CASH. Then they did an UNAUTHORIZED charge to our credit card. The credit card was ONLY given to them as per their policy, to HOLD ONLY our move time. They knew NOT to charge the credit card. We will let you know if they ever reimburse us the $5k. | Faith Marcus | |
| 1/5 | Beware of these movers. If your items get damaged the company will engage in unethical practices and stop replying. Please check their low reviews and BBB complaints, you will see a common trend where others have experienced similar. Initially they failed to reserve my move day, pushing me to the following day. Then on the day of the move, they only provided 2 movers instead of the 3 booked. VIP rectified the error providing a 3rd mover however this error resulted in a slow start and more overtime for the movers who arrived on time. The main issue with VIP arises when your items get damaged. I paid for full value protection (additional insurance). When trying to resolve the damages VIP refused to provide claim forms or the name of the handyman. For items that could not be repaired, VIP would only provide basic liability (reimbursement by weight), ignoring the additional insurance I purchased. When requesting resolution their employee, AJ, refused to allow me to speak to his manager and became agitated when I would cite sections of their contract. Finally VIP stopped replying to communication altogether. Lastly, beware of their moving team haggling for tips. They will linger after the job completion and pressure you for more tips. Very unprofessional. | John | |
| 1/5 | Unfortunately another company that run by rookies and fraudsters! No insurance and legal employees. They damaged my Furniture and refused to compensate. Now, they block my number! Good way to do business! | Steve Dankler | |
| 1/5 | I witnessed VIP Pro Moving dumping their trucks on the streets in LA at 11pm on 7/2. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend their services, who knows where your stuff will end up. | Sam d | |

| 1/5 | Do not recommend and I wish I went with another company. We had a 1BR apartment and the 2 guys were extremely slow with everything. We did the same move only a year ago, so I know our 1BR should only take 2-3 hr to pack and unpack. This time it took over 4 hours and furniture was still damaged! One guy was constantly on the phone, and the other guy would go down to the truck while carrying one chair. I had to move several things by myself, and even had to drive back because they forgot their tools in my apartment, further delaying the process. Once we got to the new place, they quickly unpack everything and left right when the clock hit another full hour, leaving all the trash and mess for us to clean up. | CT |
