I worked for SOS Moving and Fastruck Moving Company. We did take care of furniture and were not trying to rip off customers. Ask if they are willing to have a not-to-exceed price in writing.

Damaged belongings, scratched floors, then ghosted on damage claims. Will never use again.

Stolen items. Filed a police report. Over $12,000 in missing belongings after the move.

9 hours moving. Movers tried to steal $6 in change. Had to call the police.

Arrived late, worked carelessly, scratched furniture throughout.

Visible wall damage. Company refused $500 refund. Had to file credit card dispute.

Small truck showed up. Price escalated from $3,900 to $7,100. Dropped fragile boxes.

Charged 20% on top of quoted price. Felt scammed.

Careless movers flipped fragile box, bumped furniture on walls and ceiling. Movers spoke negatively about us in another language. Took credit card screenshots. Left with our keys.

Over $10,000 in missing items. Company tried to get my Yelp review removed. Filed chargeback.

Customer alleged broken china, missing high-value items, broken furniture after move. SOS denied responsibility citing signed service agreement.

Damage to appliances and wooden floors at both old and new house. Scratches on dryer looked like scoring. Company response: We have assisted the client based on the contract.
