Then they raise the price when they "confirm" your items. In addition, they contracted it out to someone else , not their own trucks. They give you an estimate for a move which is less than half of the actual chargeI was given a price of $2434 for my move but the company said i had too much stuff and i had to pay $6,100 to get my stuff delivered to florida; i was not told the higher price until all of my stuff was on the delivery truck. I had little choice except to pay. My estimate of $2434 included 2 triple dressers and a large vertical cabinet.

The scam is getting minimum info about your items up front. This way when you verify your load 2 days before your move, they tell you that your items will take up more space than they do.
