Instructions include what to move in the truck and how to pack it to what not to put in the truck and move yourself. Each team I've had were careful not to damage any walls, floors, etc. But, things happen. If you follow instructions and pack properly your items will not get damaged. From start to finish the Company staff were Professional and paid attention to details. Packaging my items was 100% and I had some expensive gym equipment. I love them too! Also used them twice and the guys were super gentle with my furniture. Also nice enough to reassemble everything and helped me figure out the best layout. They're a little pricey but it's solid work.
