They confirmed the appointment 24 hours in advance and even called 30 minutes before arrival — communication was clear and professional throughout. Daniela and his team were fast, efficient, and careful with our belongings. Their pricing was very affordable for the level of service provided.

We recently moved from Maryland to Virginia and had an excellent experience. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, efficient, and respectful of our belongings. They packed everything quickly but with great care — even delicate items like eggs arrived without a single one breaking, which really shows the attention they gave to proper packaging.

Strongly recommend Helix for moving needs. We used them for a long-distance move and Hugo and Orlando were the dream team. They packed everything with extreme care, assembled it at delivery and were professional at every step. And not one thing was damaged!

I will never use this company again. Movers arrived surprised building didn't have elevator. Movers did not arrive at new address until 2:20pm with no explanation for a 20-25 minute drive. A clear container had leaked dish soap onto a box. Glass dry erase boards shattered. Wooden cubby fell apart. Dance pole detached. Step exercise machine handle ripped off. If you can, avoid Helix.

Don't be fooled by all of the positive reviews! Company quoted 'best and final' of $432 then sent contract saying I could not post a negative review. After the weekend, new number of $731 with caveat I sign a document not to post a negative review. I was directed by the foreman to choose the '60 cents per pound per option.' Multiple times I verbally said 'I do not understand what this means.' It was sneaky and poor business practice.

The office worker quoted one price but the movers wanted $700.00 more. They locked the truck up till they got the money. If you quote one price $1300 fine don't come asking us several hundred more. I would never use this company again. Makes me wonder about the other reviews (all lies, friends, family).
