Again, Talk to the "boss" (intimidating, stock?, photo on iphone)After unloading wrong boxes, my load was found on the truck. To his credit, the ONE mover worked hard and was patient with

They use a classic bait and switch by giving you a low estimate and then showing up on moving day in a rental truck packing your things and raising the price. The price is triple what they initially quote. They only take cash, Zelle, Venmo or check. They promised to deliver your goods and then they hijacked

The agreed delivery timeframe was represented to us as approximately 10–14 days. The total cost of the move was approximately $11,000, with $6,500 paid before pickup and the remaining balance due upon delivery. As the estimated delivery window passed, communication from the company became increasingly inconsistent. Bonus, they increased the price on the day of the move and made last-minute changes to documents that were not clearly explained. Now the situation is worse. They missed the delivery timeframe, and as of today, I

Global Trans pulled it together on short notice. They packed everything, loaded the truck, and I did not have to lift a finder. Got to Atlanta before my stuff did, which was fine because they gave me a solid delivery window and actually hit it. Joelle D.California to IndianaMove: 2026-05
Quoted: $7,762thenActual: $12,000+55%

We hired Global Trans Van Lines to move my mothers household belongings from California to Indiana. Pickup was May 28, 2026. We were initially told to expect delivery within approximately 10 to 14 days. As the days passed, the delivery timeframe kept changing. We were repeatedly told different things about where our belongings were and when they would arrive. We were told that our belongings were being kept in their warehouse. What I eventually discovered was extremely concerning: my mothers belongings were actually being stored in a SELF-STORAGE FACILITY. I was never told that her belongings would be placed in a self-storage facility, and I never agreed to that. When I repeatedly asked where my mothers belongings physically were, I was told they were in the companys warehouse. They would not give me the actual location of the goods. I eventually pushed back and only then did I finally get information about where the goods were being stored. We have photographic evidence of a Penske rental truck being used in connection with our shipment. This left us questioning who actually had possession of my mothers belongings, who was transporting them, whether subcontractors were involved, and who was ultimately responsible. On June 30, we were told that our belongings had only been loaded onto a truck the previous day and that we should expect at least another 10 business days. There were also significant discrepancies in the paperwork. Our original paperwork listed 806 cubic feet and estimated charges of 7,762.92, while subsequent paperwork lists 1,506 cubic feet and 12,767.92. The weight section of the original bill of lading is blank. When we tried to get answers, we were screamed at, cussed at, and treated extremely unprofessionally. I was also asked to remove negative Google reviews. Some of my mothers belongings were never recovered. I filed an FMCSA complaint (Case 00286905) and have retained the contracts, bills of lading, inventory paperwork, photographs, communications, and other documentation.

We hired this company initially but after price increases after initial quote and charging for 1 extra step in the stairway we decided to cancel within the allotted timeframe to get our deposit back. That was June we were told it would take 14 days to receive the refund. After a month we received a check with insufficient funds so we couldnt cash the check. They were supposed to wire the money back as of today Sept 11 we still have not received the 3500 refund. They are unethical and scammers. This company is holding our deposit hostage with excuse after excuse as to why we havent received the money. Do not use this company.
