I cannot speak highly enough of Willy and his team. They were all friendly, thorough, and professional throughout the entire experience, and there's no way we could have done this move without them. The prices were great, the people were amazing, and all of our stuff was promptly delivered with no damage. What else could I ask for?

Jose Girolin and Tony. The way they moved my items so carefully was amazing. They smoothly moved my boxes and precious items with a simple back technique and rope. I have never seen this style of moving. They seem to have a system.

Bargain Movers broke my antique bookcase during my move. The bookcase was cracked in several locations, the crown molding was broken off on the left side and completely missing on the right side. The owner Mr. Luis Cardenas, Jr., agreed to repair the bookcase, however he sent a general repair man and not an antique specialist. The repair man had (2) pieces of strip pine glued together as the repair for hardwood detailed molding! Once Mr Cardenas was notified, he informed me he would not honor the repair unless I obtained an appraisal — which would cost me over $500.

The crew disappeared for 2 hours and 40 minutes with no phone call, nothing. Someone finally called me back to tell me the crew had stopped for lunch and they were stuck at a weigh station. I was getting 2 different stories from the owner and the crew. Really disappointing experience that made an already stressful situation worse.

Under estimated the size of the move causing me to hire another company to pick up what remained. Expensive wardrobe boxes were not fully packed — they ended up folding and stuffing my suits, dress shirts and military uniforms into a standard moving box. As a result I must now pay over $500 in dry cleaning bills. The moving crew also expected tips with 'I guess none is standard.'
