Damaged my new floors, took chips out of both a wall corner and a door, and put a dent in one of my walls. My $1000 dresser was put on its side in the truck — it fell over and smashed several boxes. They only worked 1 man at a time, I never saw both, and did half that work in 3 hours. When I told them I didn't want to pay for more time, the one man stopped working. I didn't see him for the last 30 minutes of the move, where my husband and I had to carry furniture out ourselves — while still paying them on the clock. | Rebekah Kelley |
