I was given a estimated quote price that I was happy with and was told that the paperwork with the completed quote would be emailed to me in a few days. Had to pay extra to time the offload based on my closing date. Real strict on claims deadline. I submitted a claim 2 days past the 9 month deadline and denied. No grace, no flexibility. If I had a question, Nick took the time to answer it, providing the clarity I needed. The whole process was very efficiently managed. He and his team worked extremely well together. They tagged all of my items with a number to be cross-checked upon delivery. Before leaving, Nick let me know what to expec
