They use a dumbass system to number each item instead of a barcode, the four different people are unloading your stuff & calling out numbers. Just a sick joke. First off, these incompetent boobs misjudged the weight (besides being told of heavy furniture) by $1,000. Then comes their price guarantee. HA! A guarantee not to exceed $9600 was off by $5500. Because apparently storage isn't just keeping stuff in the facilities. It's actually what normal people call moving. You know, packing up a house and actually moving it elsewhere. T

They came at 9:30pm and I had to make that 5 hour drive at night and in a storm. The movers also decided to up my price by $1000 once everything was on the truck and I still do not have a date as to when I am getting my stuff. Customer service has been entirely unhelpful and does not care at all about how inconvenient the his is. D
