Furniture was supposed to be picked up October 14 by October 16 at one P.M. it was obvious they were not going to come. They kept promising us a time and never showed up. They will not refund my down payment because Value Added Moving say they have contracted out and rendered the services. Follow-up submission: Will not refund to my down payment. Never sent a carrier to get my furniture. Was lied to was given several different fraudulent numbers.
