Quoted $10,000 for approx. 3,100 cu ft move. Salesman Scott Fineman gave the quote. When concerns raised about reviews, Samantha Lewis dismissed them. 24 hours before move, Suzy Anderson from dispatch said a smaller truck was coming, resulting in thousands more. The company that showed up (not Value Added) wanted an additional $13,000. They are a broker despite explicitly denying it when asked. Move was brokered to Loadrans LLC and Coastal Movers. Items took 31 days to arrive instead of 3. AirTags revealed belongings were stored in a public storage unit under someone else's name, not a company warehouse. Final payment demanded via cash/Zelle/USPS money order before unloading and before verifying all items arrived. Items arrived damaged and missing. Has recorded phone calls with Value Added Moving, Loadrans LLC, Coastal Movers, the storage facility, and local police.
