Approximately 295 cubic feet loaded but charged for 919 cubic feet. Paid $6,989 total. Driver Amer Mousa collected cash at pickup. At delivery, carrier demanded additional money before unloading. Medically necessary items for autistic three-year-old son withheld. Consumer disputes accuracy of Bill of Lading and has evidence electronic signature was not properly obtained. Has extensive documentation including photographs, inventory measurements, estimates, payment records, emails, texts, and recordings. Filed complaints with FMCSA and other agencies. Menards and Immaculate Moving shift responsibility to each other instead of addressing overcharges.
