Hired Menards not knowing they were a broker. They hired Immaculate Movers with a foreman of Shay Levi. When they finally delivered our items, approximately 1/3 was held back due to lack of space. It has been over a month now and they refuse to tell us where our belongings are or when/if they will arrive. Both Menards and Immaculate have been nonresponsive until we involved FMCSA.
