Trek Movers
Strengths
- Named crew members receive strong praise. Remy (Abbey Halbrook), Maxim with Tamirii and Erina (Sharon Shao, Yoshie Tsunoki), Andrew (Ray Hah), Tim and Sergei (Roger Andes), Sasha and Andrei (Alex Young), Artyom (pr, Nathan Hoover), Gregory (Doglanista S), Max with Alex and Oleg (Brent Richards), Vladimir in positive context (Nathan Hoover).
- Modern video-conference quoting process praised as transparent and efficient (Rumi Azevedo). Detailed Zoom-based estimates with written follow-up (Alex Young, Nathan Hoover).
- Strong positive reviews cite professional packing, careful furniture disassembly/reassembly, and protection of fragile items (Aleksei Filanovski, Roger Andes, Arhan Ali, Brent Richards, Christine Tran).
- Competitive pricing when jobs go well. Multiple positive reviewers cite Trek as best price among quotes received (Rumi Azevedo, Christine Tran).
- Office staff Arthur and Andrew praised for straightforward communication and transparency (Roger Andes).
- Responsive booking process. Easy reservation system with quick ASAP contact (Christine Tran, Kasey Nelson, Curly notes good booking experience).
- When crew is competent, moves are completed efficiently with care for belongings (Jonathan Salhoun, Kim Nguyen, Ernesto Suarez, Guadalupe Rodriguez).
- Willing to return to fix damage. Taye Nelson notes crew came back to replace damaged TV stand.
- Crew praised for handling specialty items: antique German china (Brent Richards), vintage hutches/dressers and TVs (Arhan Ali), large dining tables (Roger Andes).
Red Flags
- Persistent pattern of slow-walking hourly jobs to inflate bills. Multiple reviewers (Taye Nelson, James Hocker, Margaret Majewski, Stephanie, Corey Amam, Hannah Lyons, Curly) describe crews deliberately working slowly while charging by the hour. One reviewer describes a 1-mile move billed at $1,441 vs $587 quote.
- Bait-and-switch on pricing and hour minimums. Marmar Toossi was quoted 3 hours but forced to sign for 4-6 hour minimum on arrival. Gabriella Liane quoted 3 hours at $149/hr, final bill was $1,400-$1,500 for a 2-mile move of a packed 1BR.
- Alleged theft of entire truckload of belongings. Carnegie Naidu reports their full 16-foot truck of household goods was reported stolen from Trek Movers Chatsworth storage facility. Trek Movers insurance declined to compensate. Crew led by Vladimir described as intimidating.
- Damage claims deflected. Gregory Malphurs (posted on both Google and BBB) had paintings damaged, was told insurance only covers by the pound, then suggested he should have bought his own insurance. Strung along for a month with no resolution. Jeremy Shapero had cribs scratched, furniture hardware lost, 56 boxes poorly packed. Justin (AOW JED) had TV and turntable broken, crew denied responsibility.
- NOT BBB Accredited despite A+ rating. Only 1 BBB review (1 star). Suggests low engagement with complaint resolution channels.
- 10-15% cash discount raises concerns about off-books revenue. Brent Richards confirms 4% credit card surcharge. Curly notes the cash discount is considerably more than typical card processing costs.
- Language barriers cause miscommunication. Multiple reviewers (Curly, Stephanie, Corey Amam, V.C., Carnegie Naidu) report Russian-speaking crews with limited English causing problems with instructions and expectations.
- Crew members demand tips and lunch. Stephanie reports lead mover implied she should buy them all lunch. Ssat Slumpers describes workers demanding tips and money.
- Company abandons small jobs. Patrick Pelayo reports crew arrived, looked around, and left without explanation for a small move job. Banafsheh Fattahi reports crew refused to move treadmill despite prior confirmation.
- Reckless driving reported. Jake Casey describes dangerous driving of 26ft truck, cutting off multiple vehicles and nearly causing accident.
- Customer service goes silent after initial empathy. Jeremy Shapero describes communicative manager who was then laid off. Gregory Malphurs strung along for a month. Trek Movers owner responses on Google appear templated and defensive.
- Suspiciously high Google rating (4.9 stars). Multiple reviewers (V.C., Scarleth Vargas) suggest positive reviews may be inauthentic. V.C. explicitly states best guess is bots.

| /5 | Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life!! Our familys recent move from Los Angeles to the San Francisco bay area with Trek Movers Inc. (based in Los Angeles) was the worst experience we ever had with any moving company. This is movers from Trek Movers who handled our belongings were shockingly unprofessional and roundly rude from the moment they arrived. Their behavior made us uncomfortable, and they intimidated us by refusing to even move their truck so that we could go out to lunch. The crew was led by a guy called Vladimir who was extremely rude, condescending and threatening. The situation became even more disturbing the next day when we entered our unit from the facility at Trek Movers in Chatsworth Storage. Rearranged, informing us that the truck carrying all of our household belongings, a full 16 footer, had been stolen and all of our goods have been wiped out. As a result, we lost nearly everything we owned! Whether it was due to negligence or genuine misrepresentation, the outcome on our lives was devastating because we lost some very sentimental things. The incident raised very serious concerns for us about the companys internal security controls and accountability. We believe this was an inside job as the parking crew were discussing about our unit which was an expensive household item. To this day, we have received no meaningful support, transparency, or responsibility from Trek Movers Inc regarding how such a catastrophic failure could occur. Our entire life was packed into that truck, and the emotional and financial loss is something no family should ever have to experience. Trek Movers insurance company declined to compensate us for the loss. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice. Our experience has been emotionally and financially traumatic, and we wouldnt want anyone else to go through this horrific ordeal. | Carnegie Naidu | |
| /5 | BEWARE! I chose Trek because of the great reviews, even though it was the more expensive option. I used them the past month for packing and loading services. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. The good: They were very responsive throughout the booking process and very helpful in figuring out what type of services I needed and how large of a truck. The bad: We were the first job of the day scheduled to start between 8-9, but the movers arrived at 10. I had to change throughout the booking process and we discussed how I would provide a bunch of the moving supplies (boxes, wrap, etc.) but that the crew would be arriving with other supplies as well. In some cases I didnt have enough or the right supplies. The crew arrived with barely any supplies, they ran out of tape and they packed 2 boxes but not well and did not use any of the wrapping. The loaders were thrown loose into a box and spilled and damaged several items. The crew lost hardware for furniture that was disassembled. I found several screws and bolts after they left luckily but some of it has not been found. Out of 56 boxes, only about half were wrapped at all and not documented. One of the main items being split on the shelving was in terrible condition. Both cribs are heavily scratched. The crew missed several shelves in the kitchen that they were responsible for packing. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt throughout. I reached out to them to share my experience before posting a review. The customer service manager staying on top of things for a week. At first I was really encouraged because he was very communicative and empathetic, but ultimately when he was supposed to call me to give me a final update on how they would handle, I was told he was running late but then he got laid off and he wrote me 14 hours later with an email. They ultimately completely shirked responsibility and essentially called me a liar. | Jeremy Shapero | |
| /5 | This is my opinion of Trek Movers. Communication was not great. The movers were Russian and spoke very little broken English. I was not sure they properly communicated the full moving process or understood our questions / requests. They estimated time for the move (generous amount of time). After they provided their estimate, we informed that we (2 people) would help move belongings in and into the truck. The move should have been quicker and able to accelerate the move to save money. However, it appeared that they adjusted their work speed (slowed down!) in order to meet their original estimate. Other reviewers noted a similar behavior. Note: They also charged us double time for the drive time between locations. Overall I felt that the move was more expensive than it should have been. Also noted they offer a significant discount (10-15% per their website) for cash. This is considerably more than the typical cost to process credit card transactions. Wonder what else motivates them to promote cash payments? | Curly | |
| /5 | DO NOT USE TREK MOVERS! I was scammed. I was originally quoted by Trek 3 hours at $149/hr for my move. My apartment was all packed up in boxes, save for the large furniture, and ready to go when the movers arrived. They were sent to come at 4pm and move two miles into a storage unit. When a couple of hours had passed and they were still loading the truck, I asked if we were still on track to be done on time. I was then told by the movers that it would be closer to 6 hours. All-in the move was $1400 FOR A 700 sq APARTMENT AND I HAD LOADED IT STILL! $1500 to move 2 miles? When I asked to complain, they told me I had too much stuff. I had a normal amount of stuff that fit perfectly in my large one bedroom apartment. These people are a total rip off! Save yourself! | Gabriella Liane | |
| /5 | I will add the disclaimer that it heavily depends on who you get. My boyfriend used this company a few weeks prior to me and had a much different experience, which was mostly positive. I hired 3 movers. Of the 3, one worked the hardest. One of the others, who was the lead, was good, but talked a tremendous amount and would practically stop all packing or go very slow when he was talking. The other spoke no English at all and seemed to not do anything unless he was instructed by the others. The language barrier was mostly an issue for me. What irked me the most was when it was time for lunch, the lead very much implied that I should get them all lunch, which was uncomfortable. The distance from the two locations was 20 mins, but they were gone for over two hours. Once it was time to pay, the lead quickly said that their lunch was 45 mins, and when I told him that was not the case, he disagreed and just changed it to 1 hour. The packing and moving itself was okay, but there were some carelessness and frustration. Overall, I would not take my chances and use this company again. | Stephanie | |
| /5 | Watch out not to be tricked by this people. I happened to find my new home 5 days to the end of the month. Trek movers company was the second company I called, and picked based on their sweet talk and promises. I was told for one bedroom with maximum 3 hours the job could be done, the person I talked to also emphasized that there would be no surprises at the end. Well surprisingly they got there 30 min before their scheduled time, and no heads up, 5 papers to read and sign, which one stating I needed to sign for 4 hours move minimum. What is wrong with people after covid, manipulation will not get you on top. I had no problem with paying more but hated to get manipulated and surprised when I had agreed on a deal already. Why did I have to sign for 6 hours, when I was told for 3. We had every thing boxed and ready to go. He offered me to cancel if I was not ok to move on with condition. Imagine, it is march 31st and I would not even have electricity if I would stay here on Apr 1st. We called the owner to resolve the discrepancy but arguments did not get us anywhere. Well I could not trust them at this point so I took his offer and cancelled. After I cancelled everything, we noticed them waiting on the street for one hour and half. No principle, not trust worthy, and bad communication. | Marmar Toossi | |
| /5 | AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!! Horrible experience! They spotted me half the time they took / Im missing multiple important items / they couldnt to pack and just dropped off boxes in the main room. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME 3x THE INITIAL QUOTE!!! Dont trust them or youll have the same experience as I did. | Ryan Shunik | |
| /5 | The guys broke my TV plus other furniture. When I asked to be compensated for the damaged properties (75 inch samsung tv, custom made bench worth about $200, turntable worth about $1000) I even saw the guys drop my turntable and break it into pieces. They only tried to deny the damages. These people even had the audacity to try and ask me for more money. The 2 movers that came, one of them came at us with no intention to take a look at the space, told me he was going to go get his buddy and get the move started, didnt return for another 45 minutes which of course they charged towards the hours they worked. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. | Justin (AOW JED) | |
| /5 | BEWARE! These guys made a small simple move for me, several large paintings on canvas. Super simple. Until they damaged one of the paintings. Put a huge hole through the center. Its ruined. Whatever you ask? I did. Initially they said their insurance only covered to the pound?! Then they suggested that I should have gotten extra insurance myself for the month?! Theyre strung me along for a month now, not returning calls. Shady. Terrible. I got screwed. There are more honest companies you can find out there. These guys are not trust worthy. | Gregory Malphurs | |

| /5 | I have moved 8x in the last 12 years. This is by far the worst moving company I used. Moving 2 rooms and a kitchen complete took 18.5 hours and $2K+ for a local move, and they refused to move my treadmill even when I had confirmed with them several times on the phone that they would. Some of my stuff got from point A to point B but it was a really bad and expensive experience. Had to hire a different moving company the day after to go move the stuff they refused to move. | Banafsheh Fattahi | |
| /5 | The crew arrived, looked around then left without stating anything. No statement about concerns of health or safety. This is unprofessional. Beware the company will not fulfill small move jobs. A crew looked at the cargo, and then left without stating anything. Received text about 10 minutes later with a canned response about safety. Staff refused to acknowledge me. I called three times and none of the crew would acknowledge me. | Patrick Pelayo | |
| /5 | The drivers DO NOT know how to drive. Super reckless and careless. Cut off multiple people, blocked traffic, and almost caused an accident, all while driving a massive 26ft truck! | Jake Casey | |
| /5 | They lost important items on the move and were disorganized. | Stephany Lanese | |
| /5 | Dont trust in the positive reviews | Scarleth Vargas | |
| /5 | They dont keep their words. | AYSS | |
| /5 | Please, please, please do not make the mistake we did and use this company. Our recent encounter with Trek Movers for a short one-mile move was a complete disappointment. Despite meticulously filling out the inventory list, the move took an unreasonably long time, 4 hours to load and 3 hours to unload. The packing and loading process could have been more efficient. One person did most the packing while the other waited, significantly prolonging the process. The initial quote of $587 skyrocketed to a staggering $1,441. We were offered a refund of $235. We were told that we should have addressed the workers about how slow the moving process was. Again, do not use Trek. | Taye Nelson | |
| /5 | The guys were very friendly, but could have had a better experience. We were told it was going to take 4-6 hours just to load the truck. We decided to be helpful to save money. They ended up only moving about 1/3 of the stuff that we asked them to take. My roommate and I had to take 3 additional trips with our cars to finish the move, when they could have easily taken an extra 30-40mins to take the rest of our stuff. I still will not be a returning customer for future moves. | Katie Macias | |
| /5 | The guys who picked up our house were polite but sloppy, aloof and ever so slow!! We were warned of the house contents coming, and took probably 30% longer than appropriate, likely due to the frequent smoking breaks their lead would disappear to have. These men unpacking, while also kind, seemed rushed and tried to cut corners at every turn. They tried to leave several times before finding key items like the screws to our bed frame and our dresser legs. They suggested we order them from the manufacturer. They repeatedly said their boss told them they need to go now. I am really disappointed and unfortunately would not suggest hiring this company. | Hannah Lyons | |
| /5 | I was deeply disappointed. They were selected because they have excellent reviews, almost all 5 stars. This latest move was, by far, the most frustrating moving experience Ive had. They arrived with a crew of 5 guys, and they talked a good game. I was only moving a few hundred feet down the road. However, they never did actually finish. They were charging by the hour, and it was painful to watch the slow pace of progress. But the real pain is that they didnt finish. Long after I thought wed be done, theyd left several things in my house that I still had to move. My advice: work with them if youre agreed, in writing, to a flat rate in advance, or be prepared for a shockingly high bill. | James Hocker | |
| /5 | Nothing special about this moving company. Overall very expensive for the services they provide. A few of my stuff was broken. Scratches on my TV screen. Took around 4 hours for 3 guys to move a single room of stuff, and later I found out everything in my bathroom was still in my old place, I had to move them myself. | Kei Mea | |
| /5 | I dont recommend. Moving a two bedroom apartment took 9.5 hours. I felt like they were deliberately moving slowly and they triple wrapped everything, even after I asked them not to. There was a language barrier. I used Bellhop previously and they were much quicker and clearly had a sense of urgency. | Corey Amam | |
| /5 | I cant say how this company gets 5 stars. My best guess is bots. I would not recommend hiring Trek movers. They brought a team of people who didnt speak any English, which caused a lot of miscommunications. They would not listen to our instructions, broke some things and only partially reimbursed for one broken vase. When asked about lost items, refused to cover the loss AND even insurance deductible. Dont hire. | V.C. | |
| /5 | The workers were friendly. Very slow speed and demanding for tip and money. They dont ask for deposit, so thats nice. But other than that I kind of feel robbed. | Ssat Slumpers | |
| /5 | This is 3.5 hours late. Also, pretty expensive if youre travelling more than 30 miles. They do well by contacting you ASAP and getting you reserved. I suggest shopping around. | Kasey Nelson | |
| /5 | If you have nothing but time and money these are the movers for you. My move for a large 1 bedroom apartment, when I had already moved 1/3 of the boxes and my entire closet, took 17.4 hours to move 1.5 miles. The movers are very careful, so they only take one dolly load in an elevator at one time. In all fairness the move in was difficult, but the move out was absolutely the slowest in history. | Margaret Majewski | |
| /5 | Their customer service was superb! Movers were very helpful, reassuring and competent. They made a difficult move as good as it could possibly get. Very good people. We had to make two changes in our move and they worked with us to get everything done on time. | Jessica Mers | |
| /5 | Trek Movers were hired for my local move into storage on short notice. Artyom was professional, took great care of my belongings especially the fragile items, and even helped me out with a discounted rate because his partner for the move was inexperienced. Would recommend Trek Movers to others in the future, prices are reasonable. | pr | |
| /5 | My movers, Vladimir, Sergei, and Artyom, did an incredible job packing and moving my things. Vladimir can also maneuver a 150-pc truck with exceptional skill. They were courteous, hard working, and took care with our possessions. Everything was packed neatly with padding, and nothing arrived damaged. The Trek front office was less impressive. They gave me conflicting details depending on who I spoke to. While their website and app advertise good prices per hour, their actual hourly rates include a lot of additional charges (fuel, tolls, packing materials, etc). Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again. | Nathan Hoover | |
| /5 | Trek movers was great. Both guys were very polite and did what was needed with no complaint. Very eager to help even though it was a lot of work. Remy was amazing! I wouldnt have survived my move without him. He is really great at his job and knows what to do to get things done right the first time in a timely manner. | Abbey Halbrook | |
| /5 | Maxim and his team was very friendly to work with! They are professional and on time! Although the time used was longer than wed expected but our move was still nicely done!! | Sharon Shao | |
| /5 | Andrew and his crew did a great job. We had a challenging move with a lot of small item packing and they worked through the move as well. 13 hours of hard work (only a few hiccups). Highly recommend. | Ray Hah | |
| /5 | It was a fast, friendly, and quick move! The team came on time. Great to work with. | Kim Nguyen | |
| /5 | First time using Trek movers and they were wonderful! Professional guys who were able to handle my 3 bedroom home with care including TVs, computers, glass table tops, couches, and vintage hutches/dressers. I only used them for their packing services here in West LA. Very friendly and efficient. The only downside was that they estimated a 9-10 hour job and in reality it took 12+ hours. They were not slowing down or slacking at all despite the long hours. | Arhan Ali | |
| /5 | Max and his team of Alex and Oleg were professional and careful. Coming from Ukraine and Central Asia they understood the value of our antique German china cabinet and other pieces that came from Germany and other parts of Europe. They wrapped everything carefully and loaded and unloaded with the same care. The only drawback was payment. The company offers a cash discount. They will take a credit or debit card but 4% so make sure you get cash beforehand. | Brent Richards | |
| /5 | On time. Extremely professional difficult conditions. | Richard Wilson | |
| /5 | We had an excellent experience with Trek Movers. After researching and getting quotes from several moving companies, Trek was by far the best price, and the service exceeded our expectations. What really set them apart was how modern and efficient the process felt. Instead of a long in-person walkthrough, they did a video conference tour and followed up with a clear, professional video proposal. Both phases of our move were handled smoothly. The crew was on time, professional, hardworking, and careful with our belongings. Communication was great from start to finish, and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Trek Movers. | Rumi Azevedo | |
| /5 | Absolutely amazing. Fast, efficient. My sister was one happy camper! | Ernesto Suarez | |
| /5 | Trek Movers were fantastic! The team of guys were highly efficient, kind, and treated all our belongings with respect. I was shocked by how quickly they were able to move our entire home in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone! | Jonathan Salhoun | |
| /5 | Trek Movers did amazing 10/10 recommend it, it was smooth and seamless! Gregory was efficient, and communicates great! | Doglanista S | |
| /5 | Theyre very efficient and take a lot of care to not damage any furniture or boxes. Would recommend them. | Guadalupe Rodriguez | |
| /5 | Thank you for the most efficient and respectful team of movers! Professional from start to finish. Andrei gave us a detailed quote. Sasha and his team was on time and did a stellar job. Total of 3 guys for our move. They handled everything with care. They made sure we were happy with where items were placed and even took less time than anticipated. Will definitely use them again when we move. | Alex Young | |
| /5 | This was the best moving experience I ever had. The guys were super nice and professional from start to finish. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture, wrapped everything carefully, and used the right tools and equipment to keep things safe. Nothing was damaged, and the whole move felt easy. | Aleksei Filanovski | |
| /5 | I used Trek Movers for my move on 12/12/25 and could not be happier. The two movers, Tim, the crew leader, and Sergei, were both very professional, courteous, and took care with all of my possessions. I had a lot of furniture and 83 boxes and a long stairway for them to go down. Nothing I own was damaged. Tim also disassembled and reassembled a large dining table. I chose Trek because of their very favorable reviews, but what solidified my choice was that front office people Arthur and Andrew handled my initial calls. Both Arthur and Andrew at Trek were straightforward in communications and from the first call made me feel confident and well informed regarding pricing. Treks strong commitment to full disclosure and transparency was evident from the beginning. I give Trek Movers the highest possible recommendation. | Roger Andes | |
| /5 | Maxim / Tamirii and Erina did an excellent work! Very friendly and kind to our furniture. | Yoshie Tsunoki (Carametti) | |
| /5 | If you are looking for movers within LA, look no further. These guys are the real deal. It was extremely easy to book a reservation, and their prices were competitive. The movers arrived on time, communicated everything clearly, worked with the highest professionalism, respect to our belongings, and good sense of urgency. We have moved several times in the past few years, and can easily say this was the most seamless experience thanks to Trek. | Christine Tran | |

I will add the disclaimer that it heavily depends on who you get.

Watch out not to be tricked by this people.

AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!!

The guys broke my TV plus other furniture.

BEWARE!

I have moved 8x in the last 12 years.

The crew arrived, looked around then left without stating anything.

The drivers DO NOT know how to drive. Super reckless and careless. Cut off multiple people, blocked traffic, and almost caused an accident, all while driving a massive 26ft truck!
Jake Casey
They lost important items on the move and were disorganized.
Stephany Lanese
Dont trust in the positive reviews
Scarleth Vargas
They dont keep their words.

Please, please, please do not make the mistake we did and use this company.

The guys were very friendly, but could have had a better experience.
Katie Macias
The guys who picked up our house were polite but sloppy, aloof and ever so slow!!
Hannah Lyons
I was deeply disappointed.
James Hocker
Nothing special about this moving company. Overall very expensive for the services they provide. A few of my stuff was broken. Scratches on my TV screen. Took around 4 hours for 3 guys to move a single room of stuff, and later I found out everything in my bathroom was still in my old place, I had to move them myself.
Kei Mea
I dont recommend. Moving a two bedroom apartment took 9.5 hours. I felt like they were deliberately moving slowly and they triple wrapped everything, even after I asked them not to. There was a language barrier. I used Bellhop previously and they were much quicker and clearly had a sense of urgency.
Corey Amam
I cant say how this company gets 5 stars. Dont hire.

The workers were friendly. Very slow speed and demanding for tip and money. They dont ask for deposit, so thats nice. But other than that I kind of feel robbed.
Ssat Slumpers
This is 3.5 hours late. Also, pretty expensive if youre travelling more than 30 miles. They do well by contacting you ASAP and getting you reserved. I suggest shopping around.

If you have nothing but time and money these are the movers for you.
Margaret Majewski
Their customer service was superb! Movers were very helpful, reassuring and competent. They made a difficult move as good as it could possibly get. Very good people. We had to make two changes in our move and they worked with us to get everything done on time.
Jessica Mers
Trek Movers were hired for my local move into storage on short notice. Artyom was professional, took great care of my belongings especially the fragile items, and even helped me out with a discounted rate because his partner for the move was inexperienced. Would recommend Trek Movers to others in the future, prices are reasonable.
pr
My movers, Vladimir, Sergei, and Artyom, did an incredible job packing and moving my things.
Nathan Hoover
Trek movers was great. Both guys were very polite and did what was needed with no complaint. Very eager to help even though it was a lot of work. Remy was amazing! I wouldnt have survived my move without him. He is really great at his job and knows what to do to get things done right the first time in a timely manner.
Abbey Halbrook
Maxim and his team was very friendly to work with! They are professional and on time! Although the time used was longer than wed expected but our move was still nicely done!!
Sharon Shao
Andrew and his crew did a great job. We had a challenging move with a lot of small item packing and they worked through the move as well. 13 hours of hard work (only a few hiccups). Highly recommend.
Ray Hah
It was a fast, friendly, and quick move! The team came on time. Great to work with.

First time using Trek movers and they were wonderful!
Arhan Ali
Max and his team of Alex and Oleg were professional and careful.
Brent Richards
On time. Extremely professional difficult conditions.
Richard Wilson
We had an excellent experience with Trek Movers.
Rumi Azevedo
Absolutely amazing. Fast, efficient. My sister was one happy camper!
Ernesto Suarez
Trek Movers were fantastic! The team of guys were highly efficient, kind, and treated all our belongings with respect. I was shocked by how quickly they were able to move our entire home in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Jonathan Salhoun
Trek Movers did amazing 10/10 recommend it, it was smooth and seamless! Gregory was efficient, and communicates great!
Doglanista S
Theyre very efficient and take a lot of care to not damage any furniture or boxes. Would recommend them.
Guadalupe Rodriguez
Thank you for the most efficient and respectful team of movers! Professional from start to finish. Andrei gave us a detailed quote. Sasha and his team was on time and did a stellar job. Total of 3 guys for our move. They handled everything with care. They made sure we were happy with where items were placed and even took less time than anticipated. Will definitely use them again when we move.
Alex Young
This was the best moving experience I ever had. The guys were super nice and professional from start to finish. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture, wrapped everything carefully, and used the right tools and equipment to keep things safe. Nothing was damaged, and the whole move felt easy.
Aleksei Filanovski
I used Trek Movers for my move on 12/12/25 and could not be happier.
Roger Andes
Maxim / Tamirii and Erina did an excellent work! Very friendly and kind to our furniture.
Yoshie Tsunoki (Carametti)
If you are looking for movers within LA, look no further.
Christine Tran
I used Trek Movers on a personal recommendation and they were great.
asymmetric_orbit
Trek moved me from Burbank to Pasadena. They're going to move me from Pasadena to the Bay Area soon. I had a good experience and became a repeat customer. Their final cash pricing was also very competitive for the long distance move and generally inexpensive for the first move.
0Cube_Lensman
We've used Trek movers a few times and they are great! There's a 3 hour minimum but they work fast and are super careful.
