Adam and Dan were awesome and professional. Could had explained the materials used as they were using giving them is a charge And they use, use use and they pack,pack,pack but are not telling you the items are not included as per the initial states, they tell you till the very end when you get the invoice. I appreciated the service & help but not any gesture. I they also scratched up my elliptical. I would recommend. Be prepared to buy new furniture if you do decide to use this company.

Changed two and a half times what I was quoted. I don't even think they refunded my deposit. They had answers and made excuses to justify it, but their business practices are not ethical. Adam and Gabriel were great though and got the job done so they deserved their tips of $100 each!

The movers were on time and they did a good job loading my items onto the truck but when they got to my location and unloaded my 2 wood it master dressers and my wood tv stand they scratched my furniture when they cut the plastic wrap off my dressers and to stand. That upset me because I didn't see it and get to tell them about it before they left and I gave them a nice tip. Disappointed in that.

This review is for the movers Adam and team. (The scheduling team and dispatcher would get 1.5 stars). Moving service was great. Super fast, helping optimize packing, quick. Only feedback in the scheduling was it was a mess. The dispatcher and office staff had booked the service at 11-12pm. The movers showed up at 2:30pm (not their fault as they were late from another job). This caused issues with elevator reservations and other deliveries scheduled over the same day. I hope the team in charge of scheduling could deliver on committed time frames.

Decent service overall. I had a 1 bedroom apartment moved in 8 hours with about a 1 hour and 45 minute drive. The movers were very friendly, polite, and had great attitudes throughout the trip. They padded our items carefully, taking time to wrap corners and protect our furniture, and it was helpful that they offered extra boxes for smaller items. At the new place, they made sure to place everything in the right rooms and even asked where we wanted certain furniture, which was appreciated. That said, I did notice some issues. A few items appeared to be handled roughly, my sneakers, which were in a protective case, were returned upside down and dirty, and I even saw some items being tossed or dropped. While some movement is expected during transport, it didn't feel like everything was treated with care. I have even noticed some chipping on my bookshelf. Time-wise, the move took much longer than I expected. I was quoted significantly less (about $565), but ended up paying a lot more due to the extended time (almost $1,100). I left our original location 15 minutes AFTER the movers and still arrived at the destination 15 minutes BEFORE them, which was puzzling. It did feel at times like they were moving slowly, possibly because they're paid hourly. Lastly, we had our own personal roll of plastic wrap, which was distinguishable by its black handles, unlike the ones they used, which had none. After the move, I realized our roll was missing, leading me to believe it may have been taken. Since we were already charged for the packing supplies they used, it's frustrating to feel both overcharged and cheated. Supplies costed us around $200 extra for about 7 large and medium boxes and 3 plastic wraps.

I chose this company because an acquaintance of mine recommended them and they had better pricing compared to the others. They completed the job relatively quickly and worked very hard in the rain, which I think is commendable and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, there are a few strong negatives to this company that need mentioning. First off, the movers were extremely pushy towards me and my girlfriend, who they insisted leave a 5 star review before finishing and while she was alone at the time with them. Furthermore, they damaged my new floors in the home and the management was very slow in getting this problem resolved, to the point where I felt them it wasn't worth it and decided to just pay out of pocket to fix the damage. I did pay for their 'insurance' up front which is a scam to anyone reading this. They continued to insist of 'repairing my floors for weeks.' Furthermore, the management asked me to remove my first review of the company (where I gave 3 stars and stated that I would revise my review based on how they handled the floor repairs) before fixing their damage. Overall, they'll get the job done and it will be cheap but I cannot recommend them.

The worst. Scam. Bait and switch. 1 of them wreaked of alcohol and vomit. We didn't notice soon enough. Got their 'Elite' package. They stretched it to 18 hours and demanded overtime. Some boxes had 2 small items and tons of paper. They wrapped the world's biggest top clock with copious amounts of paper. I called their office just before they closed and explained to them their men showed up half drunk and smelly and took unreasonably long (our previous move was done with 2 men during a morning). I also explained to them that my children's beds and we needed them before any notion of overtime would be considered. Once the movers realized I wasn't going for the scam they claimed their truck was full and they could fit no more. At this point I realized I needed to make sure I got my kids beds. I could bring in another company to finish the move later. I looked in the truck, which had plenty of room and told them they can at least fit the remaining components of my son's bed. They said it couldn't fit. I told them I can see in the truck and there was plenty of room. 1 guy told me, 'Then you fit it then.' So I went and got the parts of the bed to bring them to the truck. A couple other guys at least had the decency to take it from me before I got out of the house and put it on the truck. They didn't complete the move. Most of our items they did move made it in one piece, though they dropped my dresser and broke all of the antique on one of the legs. I heard it fall. But they acted like nothing happened. If you notice, the good reviews are all very similar, mentioning how their 'belongings were handled with care.' I realize now they're most likely fake. We do not recommend. They are scamming.

The manager Robert assigned Movers to pack and unpack my furniture. From one location to another. Do not use this company! They overcharge and aren't capable of delegating issues of importance. Mover Denny charged my card without getting my authorization. They packing is substandard and unprofessional. They do not have the capacity to find things that were packed and stored by them. One of my boxes had air been taped that went missing, instead of handling a problem with integrity. They will blame you for their wrongdoings. I will proceed accordingly and take this discrepancy to the headquarters of this company.

DO NOT USE ROCKET MOVING! THEY ARE NOT HONEST!! My husband & I were moving from LA to TX. We spent SO much time reviewing, interviewing, & researching moving companies. We were willing to pay more for their services because they had such great reviews! We called multiple times before our moving day to confirm everything. They sounded great & answered all of our questions. We had specific needs since we were moving with the military. We have done 3 prior military moves, etc we knew what to look for & how to figure out the details. Then moving day comes.. Three men pull up in a plain US mail truck. They didn't ask us who we were, where we were going, & didn't give us any formal documentation. No business cards, no inventory sheet, literally nothing. They do a quick tour & start loading our stuff into the truck. Again not a single person kept records of boxes. One man also REEKED of ALCOHOL. Rocket Moving clearly overbooked themselves & had to hire a separate company to finish the job. Trusting their company was with our smaller items was terrifying. After about 30 minutes of them loading our things & us panicking, we asked them to unload the truck. Everything was looking like a redneck scam. I am so thankful I spent a lot of time reading about tricks, tricks & scams with moving companies. They were going to load all of our stuff up, not have an inventory list, add other people's things to the truck (they admitted to this), throw it in a warehouse & then reload it into a different truck. Even though they told us our stuff was going to sit in the truck until it would be delivered. Because of their negligence we had to scramble to get a uhaul time & drive ourselves, our four dogs, three other cars, & a baby to Texas during the Intense July heatwave. It took 3 days to get to Texas. It was miserable. AND THEY NEVER CALLED TO APOLOGIZE! They said they would have their supervisor call. We literally waited by the phone to try to get it sorted out. Never heard from them. There is NO folding moving companies accountable. These are our belongings. Things we do not want broken or messed with by strangers. Things we have spent our hard earned money on. Our prior movers have put everything in a sealed pallet, made us sign for it, had detailed contents in their bards as they arrived, & had someone keeping a detailed inventory list on a clipboard. We should have gone with Excalibur Moving Company. They were a tiny bit more expensive but they were wonderful when we arrived in Los Angeles. I hope Rocket Moving Company loses business from this review. Treat your customers better!!!!!

This company is extremely dishonest and unprofessional. They failed to inspect the job before confirmation. The movers arrived late, inspected then said my move was cancelled and left claiming it was too dirty. I called their manager, Hendrick Davidson, who was rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

No called, no showed to an in person quote which of course they wanted to do Friday night from 4-7pm so we canceled our plans to accommodate at which point they just never showed up, never called, and probably wouldn't have even known had I not emailed them to make them aware. When they responded they had been dealing with a power outage all day, which means you could have called us or made us aware you weren't coming. Last thing anyone needs during a move is an unreliable partner. I'd pass if I were you.

Worst experience!! Not professional they came to my house without tools and finally we just send them back they only got truck and two guys came to my house for furniture not even lift weight I think only good in moving small boxes. They arrived late and came without tools that is necessary for a mover.

Do not use these guys they scammed me. I had one bedroom all packed and ready to go and moved 20 minutes away and they took SEVEN HOURS. 7 hours. 4pm-1am. With 3 guys. One bedroom a couch and TV. I knew that they had a daily for. They charged me 1,700 dollars and they won't send my my money back. And they were 5 hours late from our scheduled time. They said from 1-6pm and delayed my move to 6. UPDATE: use Bulldog movers. They did the same job in 3 hours for 400 bucks. This company is trying to pay me 200 to delete this review lol. Straight scammers. My friend moved a 4 bedroom house for 2,200. 600 more for what they charged me for one bedroom. Insane

I moved and I cannot be any happier that I chose Rocket Moving. From the get go the customer service was amazing, the booking process was easy as the pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I called. They were also very transparent about everything included no hidden fees to generate. Your movers, on the move day they showed up at my condo in a big beautiful truck at the time... you are more than just movers, you are the best in Los Angeles. I highly recommend them! Easy move for a 2 bedroom house with two stops to complete the move! I definitely recommend these movers

These guys started off amazing. Then the decline and intimidation came. I have been sick for over a year and in the last few weeks got worse and wasn't able to complete all of my packing. The team helped, but they brought a truck that was too small so my move had to be done in two parts and what should have amounted to a $3000 move somehow became over $4500 with erroneous charges for a TV box and mattress box (both were never used) and then came time for payment. They had the audacity to ask me how much of a tip we were leaving and strong armed my 82 year old mother into leaving them an additional $200 by which they still said wasn't enough. DO NOT RECOMMEND do not use these movers.

Rocket Moving Services was paid to pack and unpack my furniture. To take from one location to another. They were paid Storage Fees to keep my items were unlabeled in a storage without climate control, mattresses were damaged, they will not give a refund for any damaged items. They should be held responsible for their actions.
