Consumer contracted with Petrolino Moves (Dave Mesa, Alex Ferrini). Low initial bid of $7,100 with half deposit. Week before move, price increased with wire transfer required for additional deposit. On moving day, 3 workers arrived in rental truck, late, appeared impaired. Spent 3.5 hours in driveway, 30 minutes of actual inventory, multiple physical altercations among crew. After 3.5 hours, a new estimate from an unknown company Rapid Relo (FL broker, NOT AUTHORIZED) was sent at $31,000 (4x original). Consumer refused. Neither original contact reachable. Office threatened forfeiture of $3,800 deposit. Owner tried to strong arm into accepting new price. Deposit of $3,800 forfeited.
