Marlon and his crew were exceptional. They arrived on time, were extremely careful with all our belongings, and worked efficiently. Marlon kept us informed throughout the entire process. Would absolutely use NorthStar again.
I use NorthStar every time I move. Cristobal and Eulalio were amazing, careful with my furniture and so professional.
Second time using NorthStar and they delivered again. Professional, efficient, treated our belongings with care.
Rob and Evan were fantastic. Quick, careful, and very professional. Made our move so much less stressful.

Nov 21, 2019Amazing moving companyWhen it comes to moving, it is always a good bet to focus on working with experienced movers. NorthStar Moving has shown itself to be just that- An experienced moving help company with over 2 decades experience! It has been a pleasure dealing with them and I am grateful for the help they have provided me personally.
We used NorthStar twice and both times the guys came in slightly under quote. They worked their asses off. Only thing they broke was a flimsy mirror. Company offered to compensate.
Updated my review after Wendy from the home office reached out and resolved the issue.
Damaged several items. Used excessive packing paper to pad their hours. Very disappointing for the price.
My mattress was damaged and customer service was unhelpful. Multiple calls unanswered.

Move from Michigan to Arizona. Price escalated from $9,000 to over $14,000. Multiple items broken. Delivery delayed by 7 days.
They lost boxes during our cross-country move, including irreplaceable childhood items. Claims process took months.
Damaged items, slow movers, crew left a mess.
