| 3/5 | The crew that came to move the furniture back included a different crew lead who insisted on rolling the baby grand piano across the floors with folded blankets underneath. Immediately afterward, I pointed out the perfectly made arc in the newly refinished floors. The crew lead argued with me that he couldn't possibly have made that mark.
