The crew that came to move the furniture back included a different crew lead who insisted on rolling the baby grand piano across the floors with folded blankets underneath. Immediately afterward, I pointed out the perfectly made arc in the newly refinished floors. The crew lead argued with me that he couldn't possibly have made that mark. I never received a link to make a claim. When I called, the number wasn't answered. Anna said the damage was not caused by their team.

Horrible service and overcharged by $200. Horrible management did not care about complaints. Lost sofa legs and screws. Employees/Loaders disappeared for 30 minutes. Stealing time. Fraudulent charges to jack up prices. Had Francisco and his friend loading for me. Very lazy, slow, and stealing time. After steal time charge you more to make up for it.
