I was lied to multiple times over the phone and repeatedly reassured that my furniture would be picked up and delivered on the dates we agreed upon. I was already extremely flexible and even gave them an extra day for pickup, and somehow they STILL took another additional day.Because of their incompetence, my belongings ended up being delivered TWO DAYS after the original agreed-upon delivery date.
