I did two shipments with them - one was supposed to be air freight and it ended up going to Spain with the rest of the journey by road instead of flying straight to Portugal. All seemed fine until two days before the move when I was told the movers would show up 24 hours early. I reacted badly (screaming I am ashamed to admit) that we were not ready for the movers to arrive one day early. The customer service response was Sorry but there is nothing we can do.
