This is a fantastic moving company! I used them last time I moved within the Atlanta area and it was a truly 'heavenly' experience. The movers were on time and they worked quickly and efficiently. They expertly disassembled and reassembled everything that needed that to be done. Kelly and Brian in the office are absolute 'angels'!

I don't know how this company has such great reviews. I do not recommend them to anyone. A LOT of my items are broken and chipped. They do not handle your possessions with care. They broke a wooden table — they had to have thrown it. I've found they yanked the dryer cord and have messed the wiring up completely. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I cannot stress how disappointed we were in how they handled our property. Our king size solid bed frame was left with a large visible scratch. A nightstand was broken but set up to make it look as if it wasn't. Our Pottery Barn dining table was left with a scratch deep into the wood. I could not in good conscience recommend this company.

Multiple broken items, multiple damaged pieces of furniture, multiple walls and ceiling damage. They have no proper wrapping equipment, no tape, no sliders. Racial slurs were used and questionable items were found in one of our belongings. PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THE MADE OF REVIEWS — the posted 'people' that are part of the ones that have 1-2 reviews in their account. I think the reviews obviously still inflated.

BBB Complaint

They tried to cancel our move on the day of. They never called us on moving day. We were told movers arrive 1 to 5 PM. At 4:30, Brian sheepishly admits they have overbooked their movers. 1 guy shows up at 7:30 PM. We arrived at our house about midnight and wrapped things up at 1:30 AM. We had to rebuild our own bed frame and didn't get to bed until about 3:30 AM. This was probably the most stressful move I've ever endured.
