Because of that, I never had the desire to re-use a moving company. That was until my most recent move yesterday. My crew was outstanding! The move was estimated at 8 hours, but it ended up taking 15 hours with additional worker and truck, going late into the night. What made the situation worse was that I was told I had to sign and pay immediately or the workers would not be allowed to leave. This felt very pressured and unprofessional. The lady on the phone said it was a simple 2-bedroom but I told her about the gym equipment and 2 TVs and yet it was waaaaay over the estimate. Even my property manager said she noticed they were moving incredibly slow. I was even helping carry in out boxes to help speed this up. Sometimes they'd grab one item with one hand and just take that. I was only moving 350 feet down the street. | Abigail | |

They repeatedly hit the walls and doors with the furniture and kept banging the front door of our new house as if it didn't matter. It was frustrating to watch.
