Dec 18, 2020Do not use Authority Moving GroupDo not use this company for your move. They are not the movers, they are brokers who contract your job out to local shippers & drivers. I contracted Authority Moving Group for my out of state move. They were incredibly responsive while booking my job and taking my deposit, but after my truck was loaded and all my things were put in storage they stopped replying to my calls, emails, and text messages.
