Got an email the day before delivery with a clear 2 hour window for the delivery slot. Arrived on time and within the window. The two delivery drivers were really friendly and helpful. After dismantling the old table, they got the new table out of the box only to find it was completely broken (can clearly see this was from the manufacturer, it was not built correctly).
