Renee Gordon's Report
2026-06 · New Jersey to Arizona · Submitted to Trunk 2026-07-16
They are not authorized by the FMCSA to deliver household goods. They delivered my goods from New Jersey to Arizona, demanded an additional $2,000, had no one with him to deliver. The furniture on the truck showed up at 8 PM when it was completely dark. Police came, the truck was reported stolen. The truck with half of my freight was impounded. The driver was arrested. My freight has been sitting in an impound lot because this company will not sign a release acknowledgment for me to get my freight. They have refused to pay the impound charges on the truck. I found and tracked down product on Facebook that is still sitting in Connecticut in someone else's storage unit, so they have stolen my freight, asked for more money, and now it's impounded and I still can't get it back per Arizona state law.
