Provided quote over the phone after we provided specific list. Over doubled the cost to us. Tried to get us to use a cash app to pay another $1900 while packing up our home in Indiana. Ruined half of our furniture and other items. Two man team. Young kid said he was hired on Craigs List. Would not unload or let us see our items until we gave them cashiers checks. Tried to file a claim with their insurance. That was a scam. They put holes in the walls of our home when packing it up. Left trash everywhere. Rude and nasty. Would not allow us to read the contract fully before leaving. Would not deliver on contracted date and would not tell us where our belongings were after they left our home in Indiana. We had to pay to have any salvageable furniture repaired and or cleaned. Our homeowners refused to pay or replace items because the moving company lied and told them their warehouse flooded. DOT 327574 on the truck is actually Penske Truck Leasing, not the mover.
