Called Budget Van Lines to schedule move from Wichita to Mt Juliet TN. Budget never disclosed Menards was a broker. Menards gave new quote of 8,310.35 including packing and added items for a 26 foot truck. Paid 4,072 deposit. On moving day, Daijuan Mathews showed up in a Budget truck with no company markings, no USDOT number. Said he was a subcontractor paid under the table and basically works for Menards. Someone elses belongings already on the truck limiting space. Price jumped to 13,656.35. Did not pack remaining items, left pertinent items behind. 8 hours later truck left. Friday found out JCS Moving and Storage actually had the items. Omar from JCS said delivery could take up to 30 days. 13 firearms are on that truck. Tracker shows items at a building in Trimble, MO at a company behind CCL Supply owned by Northside Erosion Control (owner Kenneth Westberg, took ownership a few months ago). Omar will not respond to emails or calls about location or delivery date. Unmarked Budget truck with no USDOT number used for interstate transport.
