I hired XVanLines LLC to handle my move from Washington to California, and it was a mistake. They overcharged me far beyond the agreed amount, lost some of my belongings, and delivered several items broken. To make matters worse, their customer service has been unresponsive and dismissive since the move. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with a company that doesnt honor its agreements or take accountability for damages.
