Deniece R.'s Report

Movers showed up in an unidentified box truck. Loaded items into truck with no DOT number listed. No paperwork. Attempted to get double amount agreed upon. Stored items in an undisclosed location. Would not return phone calls or text. Unknowingly they loaded our belongings into another carrier with incorrect information and shipped our belongings to Reno. With no proper packing, no proper labels and no BOL. Relocation Movers said our belongings may be in storage 6 hours away. Drove to pick them up and not one item said storage was ours. Finally we tracked down a company in Henderson NV that had our items. Finally delivered three months later with items broken, missing items and other peoples belongings.
