Moving with Zip Moving and Storage has been an absolute nightmare. The movers who came to pick up our items used the boxes we had assembled and simply threw our belongings in without any sort of packaging. My marble base was chipped all over, my bookcase bottom was completely cracked. This was without question the worst move we've ever had.

Zip Moving is dishonest, careless, and completely unreliable. Their 'cheap' quote is a trap, their crews are reckless, and their customer service is nonexistent. Do yourself a favor — go with a company that actually values its customers and respects their property.
