World Class Moving & Storage

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We moved from north Louisiana to San Antonio Texas, which is about 450 miles. It took 3.5 weeks for them to deliver and only showed up with half. Have to wait another week for the rest of our belongings, poor and rude customer service. Tried charging us an extra ,000 that was unnecessary. They put our stuff in storage and left it there waiting for an 18 wheeler, then said the truck broke down. Then when our stuff showed up it wasn't even in an 18 wheeler. I really don't see how this company is in business.

The move was a nightmare, with damaged good from improper packing, transport with damaged and unsecured furniture, and delivery being held until we could pay in cash. Goods were delivered on Sunday night and there was no reassembly offered. We have submitted multiple damage claims and have no response and have reported mover to the State Attorney General. We would not recommend this company and Angi removing them from their list completely. They are the epitome of what you don't want in a move.

We had a bad experience with World Class Moving & Storage. They lied to us by saying they would arrive at a certain day and time. They were deceptive by saying they didn't contract out to other carriers. This wasn't true. They broke several items. One of the drivers (Rico) used inappropriate language and was belligerent to the point of being almost threatening to my husband (74 yrs old). We were supposed to have two trucks. This didn't happen. They said they would send another truck for the remainder of our things. It didn't happen. We had to hire another truck a few weeks later to retrieve the rest of our stuff. If you have a large move, please do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

World Class Moving & Storage is my new favorite business to help me when I have to move or when anyone I know has to move. I always recommend this company to friends and family. The employees are very professional and courteous, and literally went out of their way to accommodate every request I could have possibly asked for! Thank you and you guys are by new favorite moving company.
