What a hot mess. We were quoted a move, 6 bed house, of which only 2 beds remained. Movers gave up. They deliberately set up furniture in the most obscure places. My mother who's in her 70s had her bedroom set up in my 6 year olds room up 2 flights of stairs. Save your dollar and try another company.

They are not up front with policies. A guy sends you a contract via text and ask you to sign while you're on the phone with him, takes your card number via phone to charge you $25 deposit. Kept my card number without telling me. I'm charged $350 cancellation fee. Not honest procedures.

Two of the four gentlemen that came were arguing with each other and things got really heated. After damaging the refrigerator they asked if we wanted to 'sweep it under the rug' as a loss. It was a new $4000 refrigerator. Two months later — everything is on 'back order' with no anticipated date for resolution.
