They helped us move down four flights of stairs in 100+ degrees with a torrential rain storm and our electricity out. Despite the horrible working conditions, they were very pleasant, professional, and well prepared. There was no situation or tricky corner that deterred them. Simple 1 bed local move and the way they pad time and fraudulently bill their breaks as working time is the most egregious I've seen from any moving company. They took a 45 min break (I timed it because it was obvious what they were doing) and then showed up "we're done with our 15 minute break!" Completely ridiculous. After about 40 mins I realized they would never finish
