However, the actual delivery of my items was very disappointing. My home was under construction and so my paintings (original oils and very valuable especially to me) could not be hung immediately. In fact, I TRUSTED that all the paintings I had set aside to be wrapped and packed carefully would arrive.

The actual movers were generally effcient and polite (if a bit careless and rushed), but the sales and customer service agents are dishonest and not transparent.
