C. LiemUS•1 reviewJul 17, 2026Scam moving company using name similar to reputable companyVirtual estimate for cross country move was about $10,000, but on the day the move, while they were loading, came up with a total cost of $21,000. They also required cash on delivery. Also named the amount of tips for each worker. Used a name very similar to a reputable moving company to scam people. The trucks they used were rental trucks, taped over with a large "United Regions Van Lines" sign. BEWARE. Thi

KKKathryn KariotisUS•12 reviewsJun 4, 2026I have to say that the young men I…I have to say that the young men I dealt with for packing and delivering were wonderful, courteous, and hard working. However, the actual delivery of my items was very disappointing. My home was under construction and so my paintings (original oils and very valuable especially to me) could not be hung immediately. In fact, I TRUSTED that all the paintings I had set aside to be wrapped and packed carefully would arrive.

I want to save anyone reading this from making the same mistake we did.The sales rep quoted us $9,973 for a full Colorado-to-Massachusetts move after a video walkthrough of our entire home. SCSTEPHEN C BUS•4 reviewsFeb 17, 2026Beware of United Regions Van LinesBeware of United Regions Van LinesWe found United Regions Van Lines online and read reviews of their services, which were all glowing. Headlines in their web content state “Discover How United Regions Ensures a stress-free move,” and “Our meticulous packing process.” The company provided us with the most disappointing, stressful, unprofessional move we’ve ever had including breakage and lost items, and a cabinet full of items

KAKateUS•1 reviewFeb 8, 2026URVL is a joke companyURVL is the worst company I have ever done business with. Sales teams are deceptive, using tactics that omit information and “bait and switch” customers. My sales rep was Angel, I believe working out of headquarters office in Waukesha. Expect to pay all the additional fees in the small print of the contract. Once you are locked in to a contract, they squeeze you for every cent they can get. I was quoted appx $9k for a move from WI to OR. Was to

Lisa HeineUS•1 reviewJan 5, 2026Avoid Using United Region Van LinesMy recommendation would be to seek quotes and service elsewhere. For starters, I'm not coming at this from a purely novice perspective, I spent 30-years in transportation, logistics and distribution, so I know a thing or two about how things can work! It mostly comes down to planning and knowing what you have in your pipeline and matching up drivers etc. Having said that I also realize there are intricacies to the moving specialt

TDTIMOTHY DUMBRELLUS•1 reviewJun 5, 2025VERY DECEPTIVE, ABUSIVE, UNRELIABLE I had a deep, grossly disappointing experience with United Region Van Lines. From start to finish, the move was riddled with issues. First, the crew arrived over two days late at 9:00 PM and stayed till 2 am in the morning. They seemed disorganized didn’t have correct equipment to move my Grand Piano (I let them use my dolly) and rushed through the packing process, resulting in several damaged items, including a cracking

One large box with some glass and ceramic was clearly dropped and shattered 5 pieces inside. Other boxes had broken items as well. Several pieces arrived with missing parts like ladders with no base on one side, how they managed to do that I don't know. It also took the full
